Carlos Vincent, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?

Simply put, hard work & dedication to your craft. Nobody will do the work for you. Nobody will see your vision the way you do, so you have to make sure it is going how you see your vision. Not anyone else.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

Fashion Photography has always been a passion of mine. But was not an affordability in my younger years. My niece who was a Super Model for Ebony Fashion Fair has always been the spark to my creative journey. From music to literally everything. I moved to Tx, an opportunity arose and I never put the camera down.

What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?

Living and operating in my passion. The freedom and hard work mixture!

How do you keep your team’s morale high?

Know your standards and stand on them. Only allow people who will be willing to help bring your vision to life WILLINGLY. The moment you become the smartest person in your circle? Get a new circle! This allows you to be poured into & to pour back into others.
