We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Carli Reith a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Carli thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?
We strive to enhance the natural beauty and bring out the confidence in each client. We push each client to feel their confidence and absolute best self when they’re in our salon. “Look good, feel good” It starts from within.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
Carli Reith- I started my career officially in 2011. I have went through several challenges and paths to get to where I am now. I strive to give my absolute best to not only my clients, but my team. In the salon, we use only the highest quality products for clients. It’s a true experience from start to finish when you are in our chair. We love using Kevin Murphy, Eleven Australia and Lanza in our salon. Some of our services we provide but aren’t limited to are – Hair extensions, Lash extensions, Microblading, balayage!
Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
I believe that being honest and continuing my education in the industry has really brought in clients. It’s simple, they trust me and my stylists and in what we built and believe in. There’s no hidden concept or gimmicks. We truly care about the health and hair/lashes:/brows of each client that walks in our door.
What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
I personally feel like word of mouth has always been the way for us. When you have a friend or family member that speaks well of a service you’ve done or an experience a salon has created, you are more prone to checking it out. We have also marketed on social media such as instagram.
