Hi Carlette, thanks for joining us today. We’d love to go back in time and hear the story of how you came up with the name of your brand?
I love this question… the name of your company is who you are. For me, I want to create a legacy. Something that will hold value and touch many lives along the way. I needed my name to be known but also catchy. I asked my friends and family for ideas for weeks, I researched other names to verified if anything that I came up with was taken, and a few were. This part of the process was crucial to me, which made me so anxious.
Then, I had a moment it just needs to come to me, stop forcing it.
I came up with 360 Brows, LLC while driving from the grocery store. It just popped up in my head and I ran with it.
360 means a full circle, a complete transformation. Brows is what I do best.


Carlette, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I’m a Certified Brow Artist and my goal is to touch every clients’ brows with my talent and provide excellent customer service along the way. My mission is make every client feel a sense of luxury. Each client deserves to feel special and worthy of self care. Eyebrows may seem small to some but to me brows are the foundation to a flawless look. Each brow is created with love and is uniquely designed. I pride myself on being detail oriented with brows. I know my clients antsy when I have to go back and tweeze a small hair that’s out of place but they also love how clean and beautiful the brows comes out to be. My sense of style and my signature henna brow looks gives me a edge from my fellow colleagues in the industry and that’s what I love about 360 Brows.
Consistency, passion, and a commitment to learning put me where I am today. I wanted more for myself and also my future. You have to be uncomfortable to see a change within yourself and I had to change my mindset coming into this. Passion was my driving force behind it all. I love what I do, and I love the community and relationships I’ve built along the way.



What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
You clientele are the driving force that will portray your business and bring potential clients through your door. To be profitable and knowledgeable in your business you have to grow your clientele. My motto is quality over quantity. My goal to create beautiful brows and provide great customer service to keep my clients. Word of mouth will always be my number #1 marketing tool. Potential clients will be more eager to book or purchase from you when they hear it from a trusted person in their life. Also, we live in a generation where technology is our reliable resource, for example: Social media is a great way to promote your business and to create a space and environment for your followers to see what you service you offer. They can also see my personality which give’s potential clients a idea of who I am. Additionally, I run advertisements to showcase to a wider audiences for a long period of time. I let the algorithm do the work for me.

I value my clients loyalty because it shows love and respect for what I do. I keep in touch with my clients by staying in contact with them via phone call or text to create a meaningful bond and to be professional at all times. Brand loyalty display support, trust, quality and satisfaction. I understand my clients needs/wants. I invest in my myself to learn about marketing strategies that will aid in consumer engagement and growth.
