But it wasn’t just the practices themselves that transformed me; it was how they awakened a deep understanding of my essence as a woman, the power of feminine energy, and the magic of living authentically from a place of love.

I knew this wasn’t just a fleeting realization, it was a calling. I started noticing how many women around me were experiencing the same struggles: feeling lost, overwhelmed, and disconnected from their true selves. They craved more but didn’t know how to access it.

The emotions that accompanied this realization were a mix of excitement and certainty. I felt a pull to create something that didn’t just heal but also empowered women to reconnect with their essence. That’s when I started developing my unique approach—combining energy work, guided meditations, and spiritual practices in a way that hadn’t been done before.

What made this endeavor feel so worthwhile was the gap I saw in the market. Many healing or self-help solutions felt impersonal, one-size-fits-all, or focused solely on the mind. My name is Carla, and I am a spiritual guide, healer, and creator with a passion for helping women reconnect with their true essence and embrace their feminine energy from a place of love. My journey into this field began with my own transformation. Years ago, I found myself at a crossroads, feeling lost and disconnected from my purpose. Through practices like Akashic Registry, Channeling and meditation, guiding women circles and more, I not only healed but also discovered a deep calling to share these tools with others.

Today, I offer a variety of personalized services and products that are designed to support emotional, spiritual, and energetic healing. These include one-on-one sessions that combine modalities such as quantum healing, angelic channeling, inner child work, and ancestral healing. I also create intention-infused products like alchemical candles, body oils, and incense to support daily rituals and elevate personal energy. Each offering is tailored to help my clients heal past wounds, release limiting beliefs, and step into their power with clarity and confidence.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

Building my audience on social media has been a journey of authenticity, connection, and consistency. When I first started, I wasn’t entirely sure how to translate my spiritual work into a platform where people could resonate. I knew that my focus was on empowering women to connect with their feminine energy and live authentically, so I leaned into sharing my own story—my struggles, my breakthroughs, and the tools that transformed my life.

How I Built My Audience

At first, my audience grew slowly. I started by creating content that felt deeply personal yet universally relatable. Posts about energy healing, self-love, and the magic of embracing one’s feminine essence seemed to strike a chord. I focused on aesthetics that matched the energy I wanted to convey: soft, nurturing, and intentional. Over time, this became a visual signature that helped people recognize my work.

I also invested in engaging with my community. Every comment, every DM—I responded to them all. This wasn’t just about building numbers; it was about building relationships. When I launched products like my intention-infused candles or shared about my one-on-one sessions, the trust I had built translated into interest and loyalty.

Collaborating with like-minded creators also helped. By partnering with others in the wellness and spirituality space, I was able to reach audiences who shared similar values. I started collaborating in lives with Master Reiki Victor Levian, and that was a huge push for me.

5. Focus on Quality Over Quantity: It’s better to have a smaller, engaged audience than a large, disconnected one.

One of the most challenging times in my journey came early on, when I faced doubts about whether my work was truly making an impact. I remember pouring my heart into a workshop that had very few attendees. It was disheartening, but instead of giving up, I chose to see it as an opportunity to refine my message and reach.

I decided to shift my focus to education and storytelling on social media. I started sharing practical tools and more of my personal story, even when it felt vulnerable. Slowly but surely, I began seeing more engagement and receiving heartfelt messages from women who said my posts resonated deeply with them.

The turning point came when one of my posts about self-love went viral. Suddenly, the years of effort and authenticity started to pay off, not just in numbers but in the depth of connections I formed with my audience. That experience reminded me to trust the process, even when it feels slow or uncertain.
