Capodei , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Do you wish you had waited to pursue your creative career or do you wish you had started sooner?
Starting my Career as an recording artist was rough with a large number of trials & tribulations . I endured multiple obstacles to get where I am today . I started rapping with my sister and friends in middle school .Performing at talent shows and at teen clubs around the city . I come from Poverty and pivoted to the wrong side of life .Becoming involved in gang activity and living a lifestyle of a Street Ni$$@ . This affected me reaching my goals of becoming a recording artist . My father was not in my life and my stepfather was not a role model or fatherly at all so i resorted to the streets .
We all know what comes with the street life . Drugs ,Violence , Jail and Prison Time , Hate ,Deceit , Tragedy etc.
Doing Prison time and struggling to survive and not focusing or putting my heart into my music created a delay on the excelling of my artistry . Mentally I was not focused or ready to seriously apply myself .
If I could change anything about my experience .When I was going through all those situations I should have applied them to my songs. When you put your heart and soul into a song it becomes a hit . I wish I had the mindset I have now back then .

Capodei Capi a Rap recording artist at Capodei Entertainment located in Los Angeles , California. My Debut Album called Retired Street Ni$$@ will be released on all music platforms 05/04/2023 .
The album includes the singles to be released in February & March . “Hot Sauce” & “Haters” also “Real Bitches”. The album is entitled Retired Street Ni$$@ because it includes real life situations and relations relevant to Street life activities. Telling stories about life , Club Bangers, Drill Music the album in general is HARD.
What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?
The most rewarding aspect will be completing a project and being completely satisfied with the work .
Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
The lesson I learned was not to be to nice to people .Not to over play your position .Don’t give people your all to soon until they prove to you they are worthy .
