We recently connected with Candice Morgan and have shared our conversation below.
Candice, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Finding those key vendors can often be make or break for a brand. Can you talk to us about how you found your key vendors?
Our industry has gone through a lot of change in the last few years. Too many manufacturers worry about how many cabinets they can get out of the door every day. We partner with the smaller manufacturers who’s main focus are their dealers and ultimately the end consumers. We strive to provide our clients with the best possible experience and we will only partner with those who have the same values.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
My name is Candice Morgan. I am a wife, mom of 3 boys, kitchen and bath designer and business owner. I do not think one of them defines me more than the other. I put the same amount of effort in every aspect of my life. Our company provides the materials, design services and construction team to complete everything pertaining to the kitchen and bath remodeling process.
Our process starts in our showroom where we sit down with our clients and go through selections. What sets us apart in our industry is that once material selections have been made, we complete the design portion of the project with our client where they can see a live 3D rendering of their new space come to life in front of them.
My husband and I have spent countless hours brainstorming how we can provide the best possible experience for our clients. We have realized it all starts with our team. We live by a set of core values and have been blessed to find individuals who exhibit the same core values in their every day lives. We would not be any where near where we are today without our team and the others in our corner.
The average American spends over 400 hours in the kitchen every year and some of our fondest memories as children revolve around the kitchen. We hope to have a small part in helping create the same heart warming memories for our clients and their families.

What’s been the best source of new clients for you?
The best source of new clients for us are referrals. We want our clients to have such a great experience and be so happy with their new space that they tell everyone they know!
Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?
The best advice I have for managing a team is to lead by example, celebrate your successes together, offer as much clarity as possible and have fun.
