Alright, Camille thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Almost all entrepreneurs have had to decide whether to start now or later? There are always pros and cons for waiting and so we’d love to hear what you think about your decision in retrospect. If you could go back in time, would you have started your business sooner, later or at the exact time you started?

At first I did wish I would have started my business sooner; but now I realize I started my business at the right time. There were things I needed to learn about business; so I’m glad I started it later. I learned a lot of business & interpersonal skills being a corporate executive with Blackstone Investment Group and other companies managing their Senior Living portfolios in the sales, marketing and brand building dept. Starting my body aesthetics company Pussy Hefner Beverly Hills, Miami & Dubai later would have affected the starting of my Reality franchise I’m The Entrepreneur’s Social connect. Timing is everything. I started Pussy Hefner to join the multibillion dollar body aesthetics industry. I teach all over the world and have help build the confidence of so many through services; improving the look of their bodies; and giving them a full mind, body and spirit transformation.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

My background is Corporate sales, marketing and brand building in healthcare. I came to Los Angeles almost 13 years ago. I started immediately trying to get into the body aesthetics industry. I knew I didn’t want to go back to school to become a plastic; I planned to get into plastic surgery sales but without experience no one would give me a chance. I stayed in healthcare sales. Fast forward several years; I met with a plastic surgeon friend of mine and he told me about the non-invasive & minimally invasive procedures industry. He let me know that I could get certified & would not be required to have a license. I received a master level certification in Body Sculpting, the Hyaluronic Pen & Meso Lipolysis. I received 2 of my Master Certificates from Dorniesha owner of Alluring Curves & Meso Lipolysis from another school. The services I provide change my contour my clients body, giving them a complete mind, body and spirit transformation. I train all over the world, leading to a major financial transformation for all of my students. I offer payment plans & numerous courses and even customize courses to fit a students budget. I am most proud of creating entrepreneurs, helping others discover generational wealth and creating generational opportunities. I am the only person besides Hugh Hefner’s family that has the Trademark rights to use the Hefner last name( that really sets me apart).

Pussy Hefner has it’s own reality show called I’m The Entrepreneur’s Social Connect. It is a reality documentary-series based on Entrepreneurs social media connections & other connections. There is no other Reality Show like it. It’s positivity based. You follow each entrepreneur through the good, bad and amazing success. It’s real, t’s real life. At the end of each episode you are able to connect & correspond with these new reality stars. The show premiered Aug. 27th 2022 & the world premiere was Dec. 10th 2022 & Dec. 30th 2022. Season 2 World premiere is March 4th 2023. Viewers can watch on www.blkgtv.com Besides The show & Pussy Hefner I have a non profit the Lily M. Elle Scholarship fund Inc. providing custom baby teething toys for infants in foster care and the neonatal intensive units. We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.

Well this story will be a part of my personal episode on I’m The Entrepreneur’s Social Connect. After being in Los Angeles, CA for 47 days; I had to make the choice to pay may son’s college tuition or my living accommodations. Nevertheless, keeping him in school and California was paramount to my needs. I made the decision to sleep in my car. I started a new job as we were living on our savings. I kept my business suits and dresses in my son’s closet, when his room mates left for class I would come in and shower and dress for work. The job that I had the chefs provided my breakfast, lunch and dinner because I was a director. No one knew but my son that I was living in my car. I slept in my car 4 months before getting a 4bd./4bth townhouse. It was the best decision I made because that sacrifice ensured he graduated in 3 1/2 yrs w/ a bachelors, he is Polaroids top celebrity photographer & the head Creative arts Director for a Vegan Food company. He graduated debt free because I paid Cash for his education.

How do you keep your team’s morale high?

My advice for managing a team is never forgetting that you once were entry level. Letting your team know their importance and that you need their ideas and input. no one can do it by themselves. I like to surprise my team by showing them different types of appreciation. Ask your team what boost their morale. I like putting them in leadership roles.
