Camila , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Almost all entrepreneurs have had to decide whether to start now or later? There are always pros and cons for waiting and so we’d love to hear what you think about your decision in retrospect. If you could go back in time, would you have started your business sooner, later or at the exact time you started?
Absolutely not, I think I did it in perfect timing. I came from Cuba 8 years ago with an accounting background, back then I use to work for a public relation firm as an accounting manager where earned a lot of experiece on the event Industry. I always felt passionate about decoration and events. Planning my friends and family events was my hobby and brought me so much joy, that is why one day I decided to start doing it professionally so I got back to school and became a certified wedding and event planner. Starting my entrepreneurship have been an amazing challenge for me. I feel bless and greatfull to have my own business and make people happy with the results of our work. I wouldn’t change a thing.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
The ability to always Wow my clients, give them something that exceed their expectations. My organization skills as well as self discipline are key to making a successful event. Also I am blessed with dealing with good vendors that never let me down. Through out the years what I have learned to be key to successful events is whom you trust to help you create your customers vision. My staff also takes an enormous amount of the credit since they are the heartbeat of my business. Their invaluable hard work makes everything come together

What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
Worth of mouth, clients referrals, a great social media marketing brand and of course an impeccable job.
