Cameron , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?
To be successful, there are a few key qualities that have helped me throughout my life. These include dedication, hard work, focus, resilience, and self-awareness. Dedication is essential as it requires you to constantly stay motivated and driven towards achieving your goals. Hard work is also necessary, as it requires you to put in the effort and time to achieve success. Focus is a vital component, as it requires you to stay focused and on track with your goals and objectives. Resilience helps you to stay committed, even when faced with difficulties and setbacks. Lastly, self-awareness allows you to reflect on your strengths and weaknesses and make adjustments accordingly.

Cameron , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
My name is Cameron Johnson. I am the founder and creator of Always Smile. Throughout my life’s journey, I’ve experienced joy, sorrow, happiness, and felt the emotions of loss and love. But through it all, I made a choice that I live by day by day to find reason(s) to triumph through life’s hardships.
I’ve always been the type who wears my emotions on my sleeve – literally – and I’ve got the tattoos to prove it! One of my favorite tattoos helped me get through some pretty tough times. Alcoholism, depression, and much more. My Always =) tattoo reminded me to find reasons to SMILE through the good and bad days and move forward.
I always knew I wanted to help people in some way. So I thought and thought to myself…What if people could be a friendly reminder for people to SMILE? I knew the mission was not going to be a walk in the park. Selling merchandise would not be our main focus, our goal as a brand is to create an ecosystem for people to come to that would allow them to find reasons for themselves to SMILE.
From that thought, Always Smile was born. Sometimes it’s really hard to get out of a bad thought or emotional state. This is why I’ve brought Always Smile to the world to serve as a gentle nudge and subtle reminder for people to SMILE and persevere in life.
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
At first, it was all about telling my story of why I started my brand, but as the years went on it has become about sharing other people’s Always Smile stories. Having the wonderful opportunity to hear what keeps other people smiling through their good and bad days is what keeps us relevant, going, and motivated.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
The most effective strategy for growing my clientele has been through word-of-mouth referrals. I have found that clients who are happy with my services are more than willing to spread the word to their friends and family about my business, which has helped me to build a larger base of clients. Additionally, I have also found success with online marketing strategies such as search engine optimization, content marketing, and social media. By leveraging the power of online search, I have been able to reach more potential clients, and have even had success with paid search campaigns.
