Hi Cali , thanks for joining us today. What’s the backstory behind how you came up with the idea for your business?
One night me and my business partner young spliff was in a club partying then he he walked to me like bro, im like whats up he say we need to apply this night life to my music i was a lil intoxicated so im like what are u talking about and why are we talking about this right now so i tell him lets talk about this in the am he still trying to talk about so i disappear lol but i called him in the am and said i believe in you bro lets do it and since then we created MORE Money Than Yesterday (mmty)

Im cali bam the CEO of More Money Than Yesterday (mmty) we are a entertainment company based out of California but operate in Florida. We deal with all aspects of entertainment from film, fashion to music. We help artists continue to be a artist without the stress of the business side but learn the business side threw our teaching. We offer different services from artists developing, business consulting, PR work, Marketing, everything under the sun to get the artist to the next level is what we offer at MMTY. We are a sublabel to empire records with major distribution. We strive hard for success and wont settle for less
How do you keep your team’s morale high?
The best advice i can advise everyone managing a team is to have patience its a key thing in dealing with humans must have patience ambition and a strong drive to complete the things you need to get done to make your team that elite force. Also use the word No as fuel and not disappointment.
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
Consistency the lack of never failing because i believe only way to fail is not try so staying consistent and tunnel vision to success. Come out every day and market yourself, post everyday, networking and not being scared to say hello what do u do and how can i extend my hand to help us grow. Everyday motivation determination
