We recently connected with Caitlin Grenier and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Caitlin thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Let’s start with a story that highlights an important way in which your brand diverges from the industry standard.
One thing we do differently is prioritize building genuine relationships with our subscribers. Unlike typical industry practices where communication is often automated and impersonal, we actively engage with our subscribers through personalized interactions and direct feedback channels. For example, when we noticed a subscriber struggling with product selection, we arranged one-on-one coaching sessions to help refine their strategy. This personal approach not only transformed their business results but reinforced the importance and effectiveness of authentic, human-centered engagement in a highly digital industry.

Caitlin, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I’ve been deeply involved in digital engagement and health-focused e-commerce for the past decade, primarily through my brands “Party Like A Diabetic” and “My Kind of Aisle.” When my friend and co-author of “The Sweet Ass Journal to Optimize Your Diabetic Lifestyle in 100-Days” mentioned he was selling his business, I was instantly intrigued. I’ve always been passionate about expanding my e-commerce reach and diving into the world of business acquisitions. Given my love for relationship-building and exploring new markets, acquiring FBA Lead List was a natural and exciting next step for me.
At FBA Lead List we solve the significant pain point of product sourcing for our clients, ensuring they consistently have access to profitable, thoroughly vetted product leads. Our meticulous approach to quality, personal engagement, and educational resources sets us distinctly apart. I’m most proud of our subscriber success stories—seeing our subscribers grow from struggling sellers to confident, profitable entrepreneurs is genuinely rewarding.
Are there any books, videos or other content that you feel have meaningfully impacted your thinking?
Two resources have profoundly influenced my management and entrepreneurial philosophy: “Buy Back Your Time” by Dan Martell, which provides powerful strategies on reclaiming and optimizing time for entrepreneurs, and the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), which offers practical frameworks for effectively managing and scaling businesses.
We’d love to hear about how you met your business partner.
My business partner is actually my fiancé (and soon-to-be husband on May 25th!). We met online and were immediately drawn to each other, especially because of our shared entrepreneurial mindset and vision for our future. It’s incredibly interesting—and rewarding—to have your life partner also be your business partner. Our strengths and weaknesses complement each other remarkably, allowing us to work seamlessly as a team. It’s amusing and flattering to hear people refer to us as the “power couple.”
