Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Caeland Mosley. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Caeland, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today So, naming is such a challenge. How did you come up with the name of your brand?

I was in a art class and the class that I took was very difficult. The class was a a painting class and it taught me a lot about design elements, repetition, atmospheric pressure, rhythm and simplicity. I had always paid attention to how designers did there designs but I struggled with coming up with a name for the brand. I came up with at least twenty names. I didn’t have a purpose for the brand or why the brand existed. At the time I was into streetwear. The names that I came up with were not something I would consider buying from. I later acquired the taste for high end clothing .Then I decided name the brand Natrl Kngz. I had to find a problem that I was going to solve with in the fashion industry. I discovered that I want to be a designer for high end quality clothing for men. I design clothes that are chic, stylish, and sophisticated. I enjoy mixing simplicity with repetition and adding a modern and new age style.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

My name is Caeland Deshay Allen Mosley I am a fashion designer/ Entrepreneur From Las Cruces New Mexico. I am the owner and founder of Natrl Kngz LLC. I formed Natrl Kngz on March 16 2020 and I currently reside in Arizona. I have had a love for clothes ever since I was younger. Matching whatever I wore was a must. If what I was wearing didn’t match it just didn’t look good to me. I am a firm believer in looking your best and having a Swagger that people just cannot ignore.

I am going touch on what swagger is. For starters one rule of swagger is looking good starts with hygiene, looking good smelling good, taking care of your self, working out, and eating healthy goes along way and shows up in your appearance. The second element of swagger is confidence knowing your self, knowing your strengths, weaknesses and sharpening your skillset. Third element of swagger is your wardrobe and what is in your closet. Your clothes speak louder then you do. For example, If you dress like a millionaire and have the swagger of a millionaire people will think you are a millionaire.

I know this is off topic but its important to know. However before I got into designing T shirts and clothes I went to school for Graphic Design at Dona Ana Community College. I transferred to Glendale Community College to still pursue my degree in Graphic Design. When I took a class on two dimensional design I started to understand the idea behind design, print, and different colors pallets. Then I started playing around with designing T shirts and applying what I learned from Graphic Design to the craft of designing clothes. There is more to clothing design, each article of clothing is different like footwear is all about supporting the feet and making the feet feal comfortable while walking and making the shoes look fashionable to wear. I provide quality designer clothing that is reasonably priced and sophisticatedly designed. I want my customers to have hesitation when shopping with Natrl Kngz. Everything is designed sophisticatedly and the garments will have your swagger on point. I am bringing something new and innovative to the table when it comes to clothing and helping my customers look fly and feel great while they explore a new brand. I am proud of how far I have come on this journey, how rewarding this walk has been. In life. You should have a sense of direction always know where you are heading when in doubt just ask the Lord he will guide you. I want potential customers to know that I created Natrl Kngz to rival other high end brands and to give and serve my community to make it a better place.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?

I was in sales for a few years I sold both Verizon Home Internet, AT&T and Direct Television. When I got into sales I didn’t know anything and the learning curve was wide. I had resilience, my first week I felt like I was getting knocked down. I wasn’t succeeding. The logical thing to do when you don’t succeed is to quit but I have learned in life to go against the grain and not listen to yourself because sometimes you just want to be comfortable, not experience any pain or pressure which is needed in order to grow. You have to move forward. I stuck it out and succeeded I modified my communications skills and apply promotions for the product using the sale closing concept..

Are there any books, videos or other content that you feel have meaningfully impacted your thinking?

I enjoy reading books watching inspirational videos as much as any driven individual One of my favorite books is called, Think and Grow Rich”, by Napoleon Hill. This book is a must read. It teaches you how powerful your mind is and how it is there to serve you. I like how the book talks about how a multitude of ideas have been mined from the brains of men. It is true that a mind is a terrible thing waist. It is worth more than any amount of money. If you do not have a mind of your own, you don’t have a thing. It is important to know what position you want in life. Also having vision is necessary. Are your head lights in the dark? Your vision is what guides you to your destination. I just opened the book, “48 Laws of Power, by Robert Greene I think that this is a must read as well. I am at Law number one, “Never Out Shine Your Master”.
