Cachia, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. What was the most important lesson/experience you had in a job that has helped you in your professional career?

The most important experience that I had at a job that helped me in my professional career dealt with customer service. In a previous position there was a service that was being provided to a client that was subpar and did not give them all that would have helped them with their issue. I was the third representative that they had spoken to that day, and it was my responsibility to determine the problem and ensure that they received the service that would benefit them while providing amazing customer service. I learned that listening and making sure the customer is heard, understanding the issue, fixing the issue, and making the customer feel like they matter is what customer service is all about. When this type of customer service is given the client/customer not only returns to do business with you but also refers others to your business.

Hi there, my name is CachiaCherise and I am a Certified Transparency Lifestyle Coach, International Speaker, and Author. My brand is based on helping people speak their truth, heal from their issues/trauma, and live as their authentic self. It all started with me wanting to tell my truth and talk about my experiences, traumas, and issues so that I could heal and be free. The main purpose of my brand is to help provide people with the tools to address their issues and traumas through journaling, speaking, blogging and workbooks that can then begin to break the chains that have bound them. The main things that I am proud of is that I help people to find their fear when it comes to public and social speaking by providing the tools to help them to overcome that fear and become an authentic speaker.

If you could go back in time, do you think you would have chosen a different profession or specialty?

If I could go back, I would choose this type of profession again. There are so many different areas that I can help my clients to become a better person. I love to help people by asking deeper questions and getting to the root of the problem so that the person can become the authentic person that God has created them to be. There are so many issues that people have that are unresolved and they just need to take some time to explore why the issues are still existing in their life and how they can heal from them.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?

The reputation that I have built within my market has grown over the years. This has been through being consistent and interacting with my community that rocks with me. There are a lot of platforms that offers ways to heal from trauma however the difference with my brand is that I focus on multiple areas such as fear of speaking, healing and being yourself. I am so happy with where my brand started, where it is now and where it is going.
