Byron /AJ, appreciate you joining us today. One of the most important things we can do as business owners is ensure that our customers feel appreciated. What’s something you’ve done or seen a business owner do to help a customer feel valued?

We pride ourselves on trying to give back in a daily basis . With our platform the best thing we can give back and in most cases , it can be moved valuable than money and that’s a voice . Sometimes people hold some much in rather a child or adult and end up making bad decisions because no one listened. We’ll we are that ear to listen and allow people to express themselves. So many people make it look good on the outside but are hurting in the inside . And we just want to do our part and be the Village .

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

In 2022, B-MO and AJ started World Wide Radio. but there is so much more to their journey.

Even though coming from two different states we had one vision which was to change lives in the community from Charlotte, NC to Memphis, TN, and around the world.

In 2020, we were blessed to win Radio show of the year “Power Block Radio Show” for the largest awards show in Charlotte NC “Queen City Awards” and from that point on we knew God had something more in store for B-MO and AJ and that is when World Wide Radio was born 2 years later .

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?

Nothing is ever easy that you love but it’s always worth it in the end.

The hardest challenge that we have is living in two different states, trying to make a difference in communities that need help every day because when you are trying to make a difference in the community it is a full-time job.

But we know with persistence and faith our missions will get accomplished.. Everyday a challenge but with hard work commitment and refusing to take no for a answer. It allows to continue to make a difference even with the distance .

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?

I can say in our journey we learned a lot more than unlearned . Because every situation is a learning opportunity rather positive or negative. One thing we learned is you have to separate business from personal. In life a lot of times we want to put in a cape to save the world in a lot of case you may get disappointed for you he’s effort . We’ve learned the difference between a assignment or our assignment there’s a big difference.
