Hi Burriell, thanks for joining us today. Did you always know you wanted to pursue a creative or artistic career? When did you first know?
I first knew I wanted to do creative full time when I started to apply for jobs and I wasn’t feeling it, I applied for a job in my local mall I quit the next day. I want to do something I like and going to have some fun with
Burriell, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
My name is Burriell Osborne, but my stage name is Bear, I’m a valet during the day and an inspiring model/actor in the afternoon, I’m from ATL baby. I’ve always been passionate about being who you are and don’t change for anyone, my journey began I came to Atlanta 5 years ago and found freedom to do what I want. I drive cars for my bread, but I’m passionate about taking pics, looking nice. I like to look like something when I go out cause you never know who you might meet. I would like to thank my family and the little friends I do have for constantly supporting me. What sets me apart is my ability to blend classy, ghetto, thuggish if you will into the gay community, I’m creating a style that’s unmistakably mine. Im intentional about how people see me cause I want people to know it’s fun, not always mean, trustworthy, hardworking gays out there that only want the best for people. The accomplishment I’m most proud of is bagging my man Edward Draven his is my heart. I want people to know that when they support my work, they’re not just buying a product or booking a service, I’m building a empire where you can be who you are and I’m just getting started.
Are there any books, videos or other content that you feel have meaningfully impacted your thinking?
I like to watch Alux videos on YouTube the give me lots of information to think about.
What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?
Honestly it’s me and my family, I want to break this generational curse that was passed down of being broke.
