Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Bryona Green. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Hi Bryona, thanks for joining us today. If you had a defining moment that you feel really changed the trajectory of your career, we’d love to hear the story and details.
One defining moment in my career came when I realized that beauty alone wasn’t enough for me—I wanted to be part of something deeper. I had been working in beauty, helping clients feel confident on the outside, but I started noticing how much people were also dealing with internally—stress, low energy, lack of rest, and overall imbalance.
At the same time, I was studying and stepping into the medical field as a polysomnography technician, learning about sleep, recovery, and how deeply rest impacts the body. That combination shifted my perspective completely. I began to see that true confidence and wellness doesn’t just come from how you look, but from how you feel, how you rest, and what you put into your body.
That realization changed the trajectory of my career. Instead of choosing one path, I decided to build a lifestyle and brand centered around wellness as a whole—blending beauty services with herbal juices, teas, and practices that support internal health.
The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that you don’t have to fit into one box. Sometimes your purpose is found in the intersection of your passions. For me, that looks like creating experiences that help people feel confident, restored, and balanced from the inside out.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I’m a beauty and wellness professional with a passion for helping people feel confident, restored, and balanced from the inside out. My journey didn’t start in just one lane—I’ve always been drawn to both beauty and health, which led me to become a licensed nail technician/esthetician while also pursuing a career as a polysomnography technician in the medical field.
I got into beauty because I genuinely enjoy helping people feel good about themselves. Over time, working closely with clients, I started to notice that confidence wasn’t just about appearance—it was connected to how people felt internally. Around the same time, my education in sleep health deepened my understanding of how important rest, recovery, and overall wellness are to a person’s quality of life. That combination naturally shaped the direction of my work.
Today, I offer beauty services including nails, waxing, and brow services, while also expanding into herbal wellness through juices, teas, and milk teas. Everything I create or provide is rooted in a wellness-centered approach. Whether someone is sitting in my chair or supporting my products, my goal is to create an experience that goes beyond surface-level beauty and supports their overall well-being.
What sets me apart is that I don’t separate beauty from health. I bring together esthetics, herbal knowledge, and clinical understanding to create a more holistic experience. I’m intentional about what I offer and how I connect with people—I want my work to feel both personal and purposeful.
I’m especially proud of building a path that reflects all sides of who I am instead of limiting myself to one role. It hasn’t been a straight line, but it’s allowed me to create something that feels authentic and aligned with my long-term vision of expanding into a full wellness-based brand.
I want potential clients and supporters to know that my work is about more than just a service—it’s about how you feel when you leave, how you take care of yourself afterward, and how you show up in your everyday life. My brand is rooted in care, intention, and growth, and I’m continuing to build something that supports people in a real and meaningful way.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
One experience that reflects my resilience was learning how to build a path that doesn’t fit into just one category. While working in beauty and stepping into the medical field as a polysomnography technician, I was also developing my wellness brand, Abielle Wellness, centered around herbal juices, teas, and Caribbean-inspired offerings.
There were moments where it felt like I had to choose one direction, especially while still growing and proving myself professionally. But instead of limiting myself, I stayed consistent and kept building across all areas, even when it felt uncertain.
That season taught me that resilience is about trusting your vision, even when it doesn’t look traditional. Now, I’m confidently creating a space where beauty, wellness, culture, and health all come together.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
I think what’s helped me build my reputation is consistency, intention, and how I connect with people. Whether it’s through my beauty services or building Abielle Wellness, I focus on creating an experience where people feel cared for, not just serviced.
I’ve also been intentional about blending different areas of wellness—beauty, herbal care, and sleep health—which makes my approach feel more personal and well-rounded. Clients can tell when you genuinely care about their overall well-being, and that builds trust over time.
Most importantly, I’ve stayed true to my vision, even while I’m still growing. I show up, I continue learning, and I make sure everything I offer reflects quality and purpose. That authenticity is what really helps people connect with me and my work.
