We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Brynne Henderson a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Brynne , thanks for joining us today. Let’s start with a story that highlights an important way in which your brand diverges from the industry standard.
I believe we live in a world where many companies want to get things done “fast” and focus on quantity. While i understand the efficiency and growth in that, I felt it was important to make each event feel custom and important. Slowing down to focus on every little detail can make my clients special event that much closer to perfection. I want to get to know my clients, see their vision and execute exactly what they want, even if it takes a little extra time.

Hey everyone! My name is Brynne , I am the face behind the business and the one who is at your party making it look top notch.
I am a momma to two little girls who were my motivation to start Presh.
I wanted to give my daughter the first birthday i had been dreaming of ever since i found out i was going to be a mom!
I had zero, and I mean ZERO, clue what I was doing when making a balloon garland , but after what seems like hundreds of YouTube tutorial videos, i conquered my very first balloon garland for her party. After doing a couple more for friends and family , i soon fell in love with the craft and art of making balloon decor. I started Presh , LLC in 2022 and the growth of where we are now is pretty amazing!
What we offer is a atmosphere that will set your party apart! We work with our clients and discuss every detail
And vision that they have for their event and then we bring that vision to life !! We truly LOVE the process! Our services are balloon decor, custom backdrops , and party rentals
We do everything from baby showers , birthdays , weddings to corporate events .
What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
The best strategy for us to grow our clientele has most definitely been word of mouth and of course social media! We actually have yet to do any advertising in our city . In our city , word of mouth of businesses is huge! It definitely spreads like wild fire when you hear about an amazing business. Presh has been blessed to this point to have happy customers that tag us in their photos or tell their friends and family about us.
Social media gets our name out there but positive word of mouth is everything to us!
How did you build your audience on social media?
One of the main tips i will always preach to anyone trying to grow their audience or grow their sales from social media is to connect with your followers! People want to see the face behind the brand . When they feel like they know the person/brand they gain trust and will be more inclined to purchase or to continue to follow your page.
Taking a little time each day to engage with your followers by answering comments or DM’s will help grow that connection and build your community.
As small business owners , we tend to want to just hide behind our work and only showcase our product , but people truly do want to see who it is behind the business!
