We recently connected with Bryant Harmon and have shared our conversation below.

Bryant, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. What’s been the most meaningful project you’ve worked on?

I recently was able to sit with a guest on the podcast who really was able to open up on domestic abuse. This was the first time a guest was able to be comfortable on camera, sharing their story in order to help other women who may be in similar situations. It was very real, authentic and transparent. You felt the fear and pain she went through and experienced. This podcast has not yet been released; but it will be in the coming months and really made me feel for her and opened my eyes more on how much it is happening.

Bryant, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

It was pretty spontaneous on how things happened! I never thought it would turn into what it is today, but that’s life always challenging us! I was at my buddy’s home in the Springs at the time, watching YouTube on my phone. Before I knew it, I stumbled across a live-streaming video of a podcast which quickly became engaging. It was slightly different from my content however it was really on point with what was being said. I said to myself this is totally something I can see myself doing! Then I began to “chop wood and carry water” in other words, I got to work! I started the Transparent Podcast and with the help and support of those in my inner circle I created a platform for all on Colorado and beyond to be part of!

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?

I genuinely feel that the people are to thank for the positive reputation I have earned from the community. It really has been a pleasure to meet with so many unique individuals. They are the heart of the podcast that keeps the heartbeat going. I am so thankful for every last guest that has sat down and used my platform! I really am exited to see this grow and expand nation wide. There has already been guests out of state that have come to talk because of the reputation I now have amongst the people of Colorado.

Can you talk to us about how your funded your business?

When it comes to funding the podcast, it was all out of my personal pocket. There is so much value I feel that the viewers, guests, and myself have gained that to me it is and has been worth every cent, that has been thrown into this. It can be costly but in my opinion I have already gotten a return on my investment and I’m just getting started!
