We recently connected with Bryan Barnes and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Bryan thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Before we get into specifics, let’s talk about success more generally. What do you think it takes to be successful?
To achieve success, I firmly believe it takes a combination of inspiration, dedication, and a deep sense of purpose. This belief was deeply influenced by Michael Jordan, the greatest basketball player of all time (the GOAT!), and his quote, “…I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.” This perspective on failure as a pivotal stepping stone to success has been a guiding principle throughout my journey. The ethos of embracing setbacks as invaluable learning opportunities, persistently striving, and consistently aiming for one’s personal best has been fundamental to my growth.
Driving my ambition is my passion for design, creativity, and art. I firmly believe that success is an outcome of the harmonious convergence of determination and a positive environment. Anchored by a strong work ethic, a goal-oriented mindset, and the steadfast support of my family, I’ve navigated challenges with both resilience and timeless strength.
Embracing the power of visualization, inspired by former UFC champion Conor McGregor, who transcended the UFC and became bigger than the sport, has been a transformative force in my pursuit of success. This practice of visualization, combined with the positive influence from the book “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” by Stephen Covey, has empowered me to envision and manifest my aspirations.
Bryan , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
