We were lucky to catch up with Bry Reinhardt recently and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Bry, thanks for joining us today. What’s been the best thing you’ve ever seen (or done yourself) to show a customer that you appreciate them?
One of our core values as a company is putting customers first, and this translates directly into the type of customer service we provide as a company. We always give customers the benefit of the doubt and work with them to provide the most seamless and satisfactory service we can. For example, when customers need to make changes or adjustments to their orders or subscriptions, we work together as a team to come up with the most viable solution that best aligns with our policies. When dealing with slightly complex requests, we believe in working collaboratively as a support team to give our customers the best option for them. We hear time and time again that customers feel heard and supported by our team.

Popl is the leading digital business card solution for teams and individuals. We provide a platform that allows for seamless two way exchange of information with just a tap of a Popl accessory or scan of a Popl QR code. This information can be automatically uploaded to any customers CRM of choice. Popl Teams is a desktop platform from which any sized company can manage their entire team’s digital business cards from one place. This extensive software solution provides in depth functionality for companies, allowing them to capture more leads, cross analyze team members’ activity, track link engagement, and automate follow ups using our internal reminders and AI tools.
One major differentiator between us and other companies is our extensive team based platform. We are proud to present this tool that features many layers of functionality, and that we continue to build out over time based on valuable feedback and suggestions from our customers.
How do you keep your team’s morale high?
Treat every team member as an equal. When you notice that someone made a mistake or an interpersonal issue arises between employees, always ask for more information and offer yourself as a resource. Ask not what they did wrong but what you can do to help the situation.
Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?
Initially, the business was catered towards the younger generation and the product was supposed to be a more casual in person networking tool. Over time we realized that the business owners were getting the most value out of the product, and we started honing in on the digital business card market.
