Brooke, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. So, let’s start with a hypothetical – what would you change about the educational system?
Honestly, I would revise the curriculum a bit by implementing beneficial studies & practices such as: Entrepreneurship guidance, Financial Literacy & Planning, Community Engagement, Professional & Personal Development. I would love to see our Educational leaders encourage our students to think big, positive and express themselves authentically! In addition, I would even love to see a “Self-Love” group/community our kids can be a part of while getting their education. We must invest in our children a quality education in order to drive them to a very rewarding future. The future is now, and it’s in the hands of our children and we all must do our part if we all desire to see a future of Integrity & Good Character.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
My name is Brooke Stewart and I am originally from Baltimore, Maryland. I am an EMPATH!
“ Empathy is the capacity to understand or feel what another person is experiencing from within their frame of reference, that is, the capacity to place oneself in another’s position.”
Being overly sensitive to others as well as myself has led me back to “me” for all the answers. I was raised in a very toxic and dysfunctional environment that caused me much trauma. I suppressed and carried this trauma around because I didn’t know how to process it properly. One day, it seemed like my mindset shifted and I followed my intuition to “self- heal” and to seek within for my answers. So I started making a safe space for me to heal and come face to face with my wounds. I went into Isolation and Self – Reflection. This is where I would encourage us all to take this leap of faith “into ourselves” for a deeper
innerstanding of why we are the way we are, and to also check areas in need of self improvement.
After losing my mom suddenly in 2017, It put me in a really dark place. This place provoked me to take a hard look at myself and where I was on my journey. I knew I eagerly wanted to keep my moms memory alive so I made a decision to further my education and become a certified Mindset Coach. My mom was a professional caregiver and I have always had a strong pull towards helping others on their journey. Even though my mom is not here physically , I know that she is still with me, spiritually. My brand is all about helping others and is intentionally named after my mom’s birthstone, “Sapphire”!

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
Like most of us, our journey hasn’t been the easiest by far to travel. However, we see those visions of a life that feels familiar and we must keep going in order to reach it in reality. Those obstacles, set backs and distractions can often discourage us. I remember a time when I arrived at a fork in the road and I did not have a clue of which way to go. I felt lost, alone and stuck! Initially, I thought The Most Highs forgot about me. I cried myself to sleep often, I felt sad, I felt defeated and still I smiled and pushed through. I will admit that was a very uncomfortable and lengthy experience to push through. If you give up while in the illusion of “defeat” you’ll remain in a stagnant state. It’s extremely important to seek your spiritual guidance, trust your intuition and listen for the communications from our higher realms. See, during this time, your mindset is being upgraded and revised information and direction has been downloaded for you to begin your purpose work. Yes, thinking that GOD has forgotten you and feeling lost is all apart of your “upgrade” to another level. As uncomfortable as it feels, PUSH THROUGH & DO NOT GIVE UP! I am in the 12th round, I thought I was defeated. I got back up, tightened my laces and got back in the ring. Giving up is not an option no matter how many times you fall, take the time you need to recover, but get back in the ring. You totally got this!
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
By being my Authentic self. I encourage each and everyone of us to lead with Authenticity and hold ourselves accountable. I started with myself. I began repairing the relationship with myself in all areas. Once I started vibrating on higher frequencies I started attracting a better quality of people into my life. By doing inner/shadow work to self heal, I believe has helped me build a positive reputation within my market.
