Alright, Brooke thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Let’s talk about innovation. What’s the most innovative thing you’ve done in your career?

One of the most innovative moments in my career was leading the development of a complete photo and video identity for an agency. When I started as a Videographer, it was clear the organization craved a strong presence in video production, and they had selected me to implement their vision. Given this challenge, I carefully looked into where we could improve and imagined consistent visual messages we wanted to tell to our targeted audience.

I committed myself to completing this task, examining every detail to see where for improvement including creating an inventory list for cost-effective camera equipment that could boost the quality of content distributed. I also saw the growing need for creating a space suitable for expanding beyond video content shoots, so I worked with other departments to create an in-house studio space for live streaming and photography.

This vision didn’t come together overnight; it took about 90 days of dedicated work to transform. During that time, I didn’t just do tasks – I learned a lot and refined my skills and the organization’s identity.

In the end, this project showed how innovation and perseverance can truly transform a organization. It’s a proud moment in my career that reminds me of the potential for growth and progress, both personally and professionally.

I am a creative storyteller, skilled videographer, and photographer. As the founder of BM Photo and Video, my passion lies in nurturing ideas from conception to fruition. While primarily operating within the realm of freelance, I find immense joy in collaborating with corporate organizations to help their creative visions come to life.

For me, the driving force within this industry is the art of visual storytelling. There’s an matchless thrill in transforming written narratives or concepts into tangible realities. Through my experiences collaborating with entrepreneurs across diverse sectors, witnessing their visions shape into vibrant visuals remains a source of immense satisfaction and joy.

Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?

I prioritize equal attention, quality, and communication to every client, ensuring a personalized experience from our initial meeting to project completion. Listening intently, I strive to grasp their current situation and aspirations, laying the groundwork for a collaborative journey towards their vision.

Throughout the creative process, I maintain consistent updates, valuing their input and leaving room for constructive feedback. Collaboration is key; I approach each project with an open mind, recognizing that expertise is a collective effort rather than a solitary pursuit.

Above all, I prioritize creating a comfortable environment, especially for those stepping in front of the camera. Establishing a genuine connection is imperative, as it not only enhances the execution of the project but also brings out the client’s authentic personality—a crucial element in capturing compelling images.

Beyond the professional realm, I strive to cultivate lasting relationships with clients, transforming strangers into friends. For you, what’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative?

As an creative, the most rewarding aspect for me is the ability to evoke emotions, provoke thought, and inspire others through my work. Whether it’s a photograph, a compelling video, or a thought-provoking story, knowing that my creations have the power to resonate with people on a deep level is incredibly fulfilling. The ability to capture moments, memorialize them, and allow others to experience them is truly remarkable.

Additionally, the process of creation itself brings immense satisfaction. There’s a unique joy in taking ideas or concepts and bringing them to life through artistic expression.

Moreover, being able to connect with like-minded individuals within the creative community and collaborate on projects that transcend individual abilities is truly fulfilling. The exchange of ideas, perspectives, and techniques fosters a sense of fellowship and collective achievement that amplifies the impact of our creative endeavors.
