We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Bronze Green. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Bronze below.
Bronze, appreciate you joining us today. Coming up with the idea is so exciting, but then comes the hard part – executing. Too often the media ignores the execution part and goes from idea to success, skipping over the nitty, gritty details of executing in the early days. We think that’s a disservice both to the entrepreneurs who built something amazing as well as the public who isn’t getting a realistic picture of what it takes to succeed. So, we’d really appreciate if you could open up about your execution story – how did you go from idea to execution?
I think this part is the hardest. People like starting out without being completely ready. Most people go with Just Start The Business motto and Talbots not always the way to go. You should be fully prepared when starting a serious business. When you aren’t it could look sloppy on your end and deter potential clients. You need to do proper research for everything that deals with your business.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
The Rivi Glow is a organic health & beauty business. Which actually started out as a hobby. I used to make products in my dorm during my college years. Being someone who suffered with acne for years, I get true pleasure being able to help others dealing with the same issues. Results are my main priority. Getting positive feedback and reviews brings me more joy than money.
How did you put together the initial capital you needed to start your business?
Initially I used funds from previous sales. In the early stage I had a mentor that was also a silent investor. She was esthetician for ten plus years and was getting ready to change career paths. Before becoming my mentor she’d bought a skincare kit from me. She reached out about three weeks after and invited me to lunch. She informed me of her previous and current career path and plans. From that day on she helped me through everything and still checks in on me regularly.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
I think my honesty, professionalism, and quality products helped build my reputation within the market. My clients know they can come to me with both negative and positive criticism. People have certain expectations when they order something and I strive to go above and beyond every single time. When people can tell you’re doing something because you love it and not for the money, it makes a big difference.
