We recently connected with Brittney Holman and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Brittney, thanks for joining us today. We’d love to hear the story of how you went from this being just an idea to making it into something real.
Transitioning from an idea to execution is where I discovered my passion for witnessing people heal through words, creating enduring legacies. Becoming an author and establishing a presence on platforms like Amazon enabled me to sell books, whether actively promoting them or not. My inaugural book emerged from healing a childhood trauma, and as I continued publishing, each work contributed to my personal healing journey. This encouragement fueled my commitment to extending support for others’ healing and fostering generational wealth and well-being through the power of storytelling.
Brittney, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I’m a dedicated professional passionate about publishing literature that fosters healing and empowerment. Our firm, rooted in my personal journey of healing, offers publishing services on international platforms like Amazon, as well as in-house printing for journals, planners, and devotionals. What makes us unique is our in-house team of ghostwriters working alongside licensed therapists, supporting authors on their healing journey.
Proudly, we’ve helped over 60 authors publish best-selling books and created generational wealth through our mentorship program for youth ages 8 to 17. Our commitment extends beyond publishing – we prioritize sustainability, promote diversity, and build lasting relationships within our publishing family. We aim to guide clients through their entire healing journey, helping them become successful authors while making a positive impact on individuals and communities. I’m excited to work with anyone, regardless of age or background, who seeks to share their inspirational story through our publishing services.
Looking back, are there any resources you wish you knew about earlier in your creative journey?
One resource I regret not fully leveraging at the beginning of my journey is tapping into the benefits of having a licensed coach, mentor, or mental health therapist.
How did you build your audience on social media?
I’ve built my social media audience by considering everyone I meet in community churches or social events as a friend. Networking has been a crucial element, maintaining a positive image even during challenges.
