We were lucky to catch up with Brittney Brown recently and have shared our conversation below.

Brittney, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Over the course of your career, have you seen or experienced your field completely flip-flop or change course on something?

Aligning roles with passions and strengths is crucial for success. Building a company or brand is challenging and requires constant brainstorming, new ideas, collaborative thinking, and the ability to pivot quickly. When faced with U-Turn positions, the following key initiatives have always aid me in a positive outcome: ensure team members align with core values, avoid rushing into rapid success, and understanding that it takes trial, error, long nights, determination, and support to achieve authentic results. Throughout my career, I’ve found maintaining a mindset of continuous learning and being strategic is vital for maximizing business potential.

Thank you for inquiring. As a brief overview, I possess a distinctive combination of skills. As a business partner and the Talent Manager of Team Rebirth, my extensive corporate business experience has aided in a seamless transition into the healthcare industry. Additionally, I am a thriving actress, engaged in local theatre, all of which has enabled me to develop a strong diligence and presentation skills. These attributes have been instrumental in my business endeavors. Collectively, Team Rebirth is a brand backed with marketing, time management, business operations and creative development talent. Together, we strive to promote our Brand through diverse channels, offering social media creatives, partnerships and more to attract new prospects who share and support our unorthodox views. Furthermore, we are excited to introduce new projects before the end of the current business year.

Our founder, A‘Jay Love, was driven by a desire to offer hope to those who shared similar experiences. Our mission remains to deliver impactful creatives aimed at making a difference.

Can you tell us the story behind how you met your business partner?

Yes! Ironic how you ask that as we frequently reminisce about that experience. One evening, I stumbled upon A‘Jay’s (IG: @i_am_ajaylove) social media account and was captivated by his strong, bold presence as a LGBTQIA+ content creator. His positivity and determination to provide insight into a world that many long to understand is truly remarkable. As our connection grew, we discovered that our business visions were closely aligned. With unwavering determination and a clear blueprint for success, we are successfully leading Team Rebirth into a new and thriving brand.

How do you keep your team’s morale high?

Make the most of every moment – take in the wins and losses to make better for tomorrow’s result. Balance is also a factor in our performance – we diligently strive to deliver the best to our partners. Regardless of the outcome, we will celebrate all the efforts put forth & the purpose that drives it.
