I started in this business 21 years ago with my mother running three consignment stores in Ft Myers Beach. I always knew I loved procuring and selling unique Florida furniture. Selling online just seemed to be the next step for me. I started selling online in 2017 and absolutely fell in love with that concept. My online customer base grew so much that it became a challenge to manage both.

Four years ago my husband suggested we buy a property with acreage to move the business onto . We searched for several years for the perfect property. In 2019 we found a 10-acre Old Florida farm with a barn. The perfect foundation to begin building my dream, a shop that is a one-of-a-kind destination.

I never would have imagined a small town girl from Kentucky’s dream would become what it is today.

Brittany’s Bamboo Barn was formed in May of 2021. Brittany’s Bamboo Barn sells worldwide, and offers shopping by appointment only . I deal in exclusively Old Florida style unique pieces, and I am the happiest I have ever been.

Every piece I buy I absolutely love. I pour that love into every post and every piece as i feel they are a part of me and tell a story that I always tell with them.
