Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Brittany Boothe. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Brittany , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?
Capturing Life, Love, and Legacy: The Heart Behind Forever Photography
Since 2011, I’ve had the privilege of being the owner and lead photographer of Forever Photography. What started as a passion project quickly became a mission—to make sure that families have access to affordable, and sometimes even free, photographs that capture the most important moments of their lives. Whether it’s playing sports, celebrating milestones, or just being together, these moments deserve to be remembered.
My journey into photography is deeply personal. I lost my mom when I was young, and with her passing came a heartbreaking realization—we barely had any photos of her. As a single mother raising several children, professional photography just wasn’t something we could afford. Aside from the standard yearly school photos and the holiday snap shot, there’s little visual proof of our childhood, and only one full family photo exists. It was taken just one month before she passed. That single image is priceless to me. It’s more than a photograph—it’s a piece of my history, a memory made tangible.
That absence of captured memories is what drives me every single day. It’s why I created Forever Photography: so that no family would have to grow up without photos to look back on. I’ve made it my mission to give families the gift of memory. That means offering free photo shoots, discounted prints and products, and donating my time and services to my Church and local community events.
Most recently, last summer we photographed a three-day event with Kids on First, a foundation based in Richmond. The event gave kids the chance to be photographed doing what they love playing baseball, and families left with moments they could hold onto forever. It was beautiful, emotional, and exactly why I do what I do.
While my personal story sparked this journey, it was the story of Todd Dunlap that gave it even more direction. Todd played for a semi-pro football team in Pennsylvania. He was a powerhouse on the field and a loving husband and father off of it. Tragically, Todd’s life was cut short due to a senseless act of violence. After his death, I was able to provide his wife and children with photographs of him playing the game he loved—photos that now serve as powerful reminders of his passion, his presence, and his legacy.
That experience solidified my desire to focus on sports photography. There’s something magical about freezing those split seconds of action, pride, and perseverance. It’s not just about the game—it’s about the people in it, and the memories that live beyond the final whistle.
At Forever Photography, it’s never just about taking pictures. It’s about telling stories, preserving legacies, and making sure that no one goes without the opportunity to look back and remember. Every family deserves that. Every child deserves that. Every life deserves to be remembered.
And that’s what we’ll keep doing—one frame at a time.
— With heart,

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I’m the face behind Forever Photography. I’m a proud Mom to some truly amazing children, a wife, and a dedicated mental health professional with a deep love for the world of nursing. But beyond all of that, I’m also a passionate creative who has been capturing life through the lens since 2011.
My journey into photography didn’t start in a studio or a classroom—it started in the most personal way possible. Back when Photoshop came on ten CDs and editing tools were basic at best, I picked up a camera to take some outdoor shots of my oldest child. It was meant to be a simple hobby, a little experiment. But once that shutter clicked, something inside me clicked too—and I’ve never put the camera down since.
What started as a love for capturing my own family has grown into a mission-driven business where I now have the honor of capturing moments for others. At Forever Photography, we specialize in affordable, meaningful photography services that make professional photos accessible to every family. Our sessions are budget-friendly and almost always include free digital releases—because memories shouldn’t come with a hefty price tag.
We provide a wide range of creative services and products, from traditional family and milestone portraits to dynamic sports media days. These events include game play photography, individual athlete portraits, team photos, and even family shots. Our product offerings are vast and custom—large sports posters, custom footballs and baseballs, image collages, tumblers, and more. If it can hold an image, we’ll find a way to make it happen.
One of the biggest problems we solve for our clients is budget. I understand firsthand how financial barriers can stand in the way of preserving memories. That’s why our pricing is flexible and tailored to meet the needs of our clients. I firmly believe that no child or family should grow up without photos to look back on—because I know what that feels like.
What sets us apart from others is that we do this for more than just the money. We do it from the heart. We do it because every person deserves to see themselves in a beautiful light, celebrated and remembered. This is a service, yes—but it’s also a calling. I’m most proud of being able to do what I love, and even more proud that I get to share that love and passion with others. I root hard for other photographers too—I’m a photographer’s photographer, always pushing others to grow, just as I do.
If you’re a potential client, here’s what I want you to know about me:
• I truly love what I do.
• Helping people through my lens is one of my greatest joys.
• Photography, editing, and design are not just work for me—they are my passion.
• I will always respect your budget. My self-worth will never exceed your financial comfort.
• And most importantly, I’m not done yet.
Forever Photography is growing every day—pushed by purpose, built with knowledge, and fueled by compassion. I’m so grateful to be on this journey and even more grateful to walk alongside families as they create and preserve their memories.

We’d love to hear about how you met your business partner.
How Forever Photography Found Its Perfect Partner—In Business and in Life
Every great story has a love story tucked inside it, and Forever Photography is no different. While the business started in 2011 as a deeply personal mission, it didn’t take long before it found a partner—not just behind the lens, but in life, too.
I met him and, well… I fell in love. Quite literally.
He is a military man—strong, steady, and everything I didn’t know I needed at the time. At first, photography wasn’t really his world. He had never touched a camera before. But one day, I handed him my camera so that I could run off for a moment and said, “Don’t touch anything.” (He didn’t listen lol)
And just like that, he is a natural.
He picked up the camera with ease, but more than that, he picked up the heart of what we do. He understands the mission. He sees the importance in preserving memories and serving families who might not otherwise have access to professional photography. His support became more than just moral—he started showing up to events, helping behind the scenes, assisting on shoots, carrying gear, calming nervous clients, and backing me up every step of the way. He still does all of these things for me today!
Now, he’s a familiar face at Forever Photography—working alongside me, sometimes in the shadows, but always at my side. He’s more than just my husband; he’s my partner in purpose, in passion, and in building this dream into something bigger than ourselves.
He may have come into this with no experience behind the lens, but today he’s an integral part of what we do. Together, we’ve made Forever Photography a true family business—built on love, fueled by service, and grounded in the belief that everyone deserves to have their story captured.
Because at the end of the day, we’re not just photographing memories—we’re living one too.

How did you build your audience on social media?
The Social Media Hustle: Faith, Strategy, and the Everyday Climb
Let’s be honest—this world is full of photographers. With smartphones in everyone’s pocket and editing apps just a download away, photography has never been more accessible. And in a space that feels more crowded every day, standing out can feel like a constant uphill climb.
Social media has become the heart of that climb. It’s not just about taking beautiful photos anymore—it’s about marketing, branding, consistency, and visibility. As photographers, we’re not just creators—we’re content managers, copywriters, marketers, and campaign strategists all rolled into one. Every single day, there’s pressure to post. To engage. To share behind-the-scenes moments, announce specials, show off recent work, and promote upcoming mini sessions or fundraisers.
Behind every curated feed is someone—like me—staying up late to schedule posts, design flyers, track analytics, and figure out what actually speaks to people. We rely on so much more than our work to keep the momentum going. We lean on friends, family, and loyal past clients to help share, tag, comment, and spread the word. Because in today’s world, a simple share can make the difference between an empty weekend or a fully booked calendar.
The truth is, the world is revolving every single day—and fast. If you want to stay on top, or even begin the climb to get there, you need to have an unwavering belief in yourself and your purpose. The internet and social media can be your biggest asset… or your hardest downfall. It can open doors you didn’t even know existed, but it can also make you question if you’re enough.
But here’s the thing: giving up is not an option.
At Forever Photography, we keep showing up. We keep posting. We keep connecting with our community. Not because it’s easy—but because it’s worth it. The mission behind the lens hasn’t changed, but the way we share it with the world has. So we adapt, we learn, we pray and we hustle—with faith, with passion, and with the understanding that even in a saturated market, there’s only one you.
And as long as you stay true to your “why,” there will always be space for your work to shine.
