We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Britney Stroud a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Britney, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
The story behind me becoming a graphic designer was me finding something I am passionate about. I have always been passionate about creating , so once I had my first son and becoming a say at home mom and experiencing my first failed business. I started created more and more and started relieving this was something I always was good at. So remembering your hobbies can sometimes be your destiny is important do not ignore the things that make you smile.
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I am a wife, a mom and a business owner everything I do is with purpose and lead by God. I love being a graphic designer because being able to help people see their vision come to life is important. It take a lot of discipline to be a graphic designer because everyone is not going to understand your work and sometimes you want to quit, but being a business owner is not for other people it’s for you. I am a Creative and Inspiring Digital Media Designer with 5 years experience ; highly skilled at conducting educational, creative, eye catching concepts, engaging material to enhance to company mission and values. I am passionate about seeing others succeed academic goals. I love to work with podcast, candle, fitness, event planners and businesses that continue to grow and change. I think passion truly makes me different because I really research and care about people business and what they feel and what they want to gain. I want everyone that is reading to know you are amazing and you can be everything you want to be, I have always struggled with what people think, but I have learned people see how amazing you are first so do not let your fears bring you down.
Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
This market is a huge market of social media and showing off work course, but also word of mouth. Keeping up with clients and making sure they love you is important, keep your emails going and stay connected.
Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
Follow everyone you work with and make sure to keep emails and create a email list and ask for reviews.
