Hi Bridgette/Monique, thanks for joining us today. Getting that first client is always an exciting milestone. Can you talk to us about how you got your first customer who wasn’t a friend, family, or acquaintance?

When we first started the Elusive 360 Photo Booth business we instantly began setting up a website and social media handles like Facebook and Instagram. Once we began that process we had a friend ask us to do a party for his wife’s upcoming birthday, which allowed us to workout any technical kinks and build visuals for what our business had to offer. Instantly within a few days of posting videos from that party, we received an inquiry on Facebook. The woman was so excited to book us for her husband’s upcoming retirement party. We instantly began working behind the scenes on the events displays and were ready for the actual event. It was a retirement party with a casino night theme. The outpour of enthusiasm from the guests was very exciting and it only made us want to get bigger and better from there!

Bridgette/Monique, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

Meet the owners of Elusive 360 Photo Booth. Bridgette “BK” Brantley and Monique Young. Elusive 360 Photo booth opened its doors in August of 2021. Shortly after we met we both realized we shared a common philosophy of, “Carpe Diem”, which means live life to the fullest. We love to create and capture new memories. Therefore, we wanted to share this gift with the world, by creating Elusive 360 Photo Booth. Our 360 Photo Booth allows people to build ever-lasting memories, while we get to join in on their fun along the way!

What we offer at Elusive 360 Photobooth is an experience of a lifetime. We strive on customer service by providing top notch service to all our clients. We make sure each event is unique and different for each client, by allowing them to pick their own personalized overlay, as well as any song choice they would like. We are proud of our ability to consistently provide amazing prompt service to our clients, by being timely and responsive for all our customers needs.

The good thing about a photobooth business is we are hired for joyous occasions like weddings, birthdays, holiday parties and graduations. During these times people are excited and many love the idea of trying something new.

How did you put together the initial capital you needed to start your business?

We came up with the business idea from a family friend who resided in Florida, she had been telling us about this new 360 photo booth and shared videos of her using it at parties. We began researching the device and noticed that not many people had the booth in our area. From there we determined what we needed to start the business and conducted a business plan. From there we secured a small loan from a family member who believed in our vision.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?

The biggest thing that has helped secure new clients has to be referrals. We recently did an event for a woman’s birthday and we asked how she had heard about us, her response was that she had been to 2 prior events we had did. Apparently of those events the hosts were all family members and when someone in the family had an event, they made it a point to use the same reliable vendors. This was a great feeling to know how much referrals really do mean to our business and the fact that they wanted to continue to secure our services at their family functions. This was 3 events for mutual family members within a 5-6 month timeframe.

Not only are referrals big for us, but also social media and our website. Social media can sometimes seem repetitive, but we do get a lot of inquiries from both social media and directly from our website. Its been really important to stay up to date with posting our work, any specials and also customer reviews.
