We were lucky to catch up with Bridget Pritchard recently and have shared our conversation below.
Bridget, appreciate you joining us today. We’d love to hear the backstory behind a risk you’ve taken – whether big or small, walk us through what it was like and how it ultimately turned out.
I will never forget August 6, 2019 everything that I had once knew I left it all behind to start new with my husband and family. Who actually would up and relocate 6 months pregnant to move to a different state where you have no family and I mean NOOOOO family or friends. This girl did!! I navigated finding new doctors to ensure that my pregnancy was healthy.
I believe in my ability to walk away from everything and everyone I once knew to explore the unknown it was then I begin to live a limitless life of unlimited possibilities. Since this move I took a risk in the middle of the pandemic and became a Licensed Realtor. I was navigating having a newborn baby one in middle school and one in high school, but I accomplished my goal I put to the side for years and have become a Top Producing agent at ReMax Homes & Properties South Florida.
Risk’s involve rewards. To the man or woman that maybe reading this article ask yourself, “Am I ready for the reward on the other side of the risk I have failed to take’?. Take the risk and WIN!
Bridget, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I have always seemingly found myself in some type of retail sales jobs as young teen and young adult. I remember as far as back as 2010 working for New York & Company and I recall one day my store manager walking up to me and say ” Bridget I’m going to pull you off the cash register totally to sales floor because we need to meet our ‘sales goal’ for the day”.
I always had a way with connecting with customers/clients and building trusted relationships that they would return and ask for me when they entered the store. Let’s fast forward now here I am a licensed Realtor here in South Florida with a pretty successful career and I’m just getting started. My niche is truly educating my clients and operating at the highest level integrity and moral values protecting the interest of each client I’m blessed to serve. I have been blessed to work with a wide variety clients from first time homebuyers, attorney’s, doctors, nurses, and amazing sellers. I treat every transaction and individual as the multi-million dollar client. Simply stated 5 star treatment with a white glove experience.
It is of my core beliefs and value that when you build authentic relationships with people, the people will in turn help build your business by sharing your contact information with their friends and colleagues. Lady Bri Global is established due to my ability to make transactions happen all over the United States due to a solid network of real estate professionals I have connected with even internationally. One thought I leave with you all is relationships built on truth will sustain you in the future no matter the distance. People will always remember how you made them feel. Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?
As recently August 2024 hosting my first conference called “The Family’s Business Conference” *deep sighs…First understanding the need for a TEAM as a visionary was first. Secondly, was the assembling a group of people who were aligned with your vision and end goal to impact families and communities were strongly aligned. Lastly, once you assemble the team remaining transparent with my team when it comes to finances and everything helped build trust.
Synergy amongst a team become optimal when a leader/visionary/business owner builds the trust of those they are leading.
Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
I will use one word AUTHENTICITY!!! As a business professional putting the client’s need above any personal or potential gains has truly been one of qualities that sets me apart from the rest. I have respectfully declined opportunities and business due to a lack of integrity or morals. The sayings goes ” All money isn’t good money”. Maintaining my character and my integrity I value above anything,
