Alright, Brianne thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. One of the most important things we can do as business owners is ensure that our customers feel appreciated. What’s something you’ve done or seen a business owner do to help a customer feel valued?
At Leigh & Co., we know how much heart our couples pour into planning their weddings — every decision reflects their vision, their families, their story. One of my favorite ways we’ve shown appreciation was during a wedding where we handled both planning and design. The couple had poured so much heart into their vision, and we were honored to bring it to life. On the day of the wedding, we did a private room reveal before guests arrived and the bride immediately burst into tears (the happy kind!). She kept saying, “This is exactly what I pictured, but even better.” In that moment, she felt completely seen, and that’s what made it so special. Being able to create that kind of emotional connection through design is one of our favorite ways to say, “We appreciate you.”

Brianne , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I’m Brianne, founder and CEO of Leigh & Co. Events. Like many of our couples, I planned much of my own wedding. While I loved the process, I quickly realized how overwhelming the actual wedding day can become without someone managing the details behind the scenes. When it came time to find someone to help me, I found that most planners offer full-service packages only or wildly expensive day-of coordination packages. That experience opened my eyes to a real gap in the industry: everyday couples who handle their own planning still need that finishing touch on their wedding day to protect the vision and details they spent months planning. I knew I could step in to meet that need by combining my love for logistics with a heart for helping couples fully enjoy their day. That’s how Leigh & Co. was born.
We specialize in day-of wedding coordination (wedding day management) for everyday couples across the U.S. For couples looking for more in-depth support, we offer packages that include full-service planning, planning and design and 3-month coordination. Our clients are often very involved in their own planning; they’ve sourced their vendors, created their vision, and made intentional choices that reflect their values and priorities. But when the big day arrives, they want an experienced coordinator to execute that plan. Our team steps in with leading vendor teams, manages timelines, solves problems in real-time, and ensures that the couple and their families can actually be present for that special day.
What sets us apart is the systematic approach we bring to day-of coordination. We aren’t just showing up on wedding day; we spend weeks ahead of time reviewing plans, communicating with vendors, creating detailed run-of-shows, and problem-solving in advance. We spend time getting to know the couple, and their vision for the day in addition to the logistics through a very simple process! Leading up, we collect all the necessary information for our team to execute and that’s exactly what we do on the day.
What I’m most proud of is how much Leigh & Co. Events has grown in just a few years — from coordinating 121 weddings in 2022 to 415 already in 2025, with more than half the year still ahead. We’re on track for over 1,000 weddings next year across multiple markets, including Hawaii, Charleston, California, Texas, and the Tri-State area — and by the end of this year, we’ll be serving couples in all 50 states.
The main thing we want people to know is that we’re not full-service planners or luxury designers and that’s exactly where our strength lies. Our clients are everyday couples who’ve spent the past year actively planning their own weddings, and they deserve a wedding service that’s accessible and affordable, to protect the vision they’ve worked so hard to create.
Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
Consistency and clarity. From the very beginning, we’ve been clear about who we serve and what we provide: professional day-of coordination for everyday couples who are planning themselves and want accessibility and affordability for that final logistical push.
Our reputation has grown because couples know we’re organized, easy to work with, and committed to making the day run smoothly for everyone involved. After we get to know and understand our clients, we communicate early, we manage the details, and we don’t leave anything to chance. That reliability has created a strong referral network both from past couples who know we’ll take great care of them when they need us.

How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
We stay in close communication with our couples throughout the planning process leading up to the wedding day, and get to know them so as best to understand their vision for their perfect day. Even though we’re not their full-service planner, we build strong relationships through regular check-ins, timeline reviews, and vendor coordination.
After their wedding, many of our couples stay connected via Instagram! We celebrate their anniversaries, see their families grow, and cheer them on in life’s next chapters. And because we serve so many destinations and national markets, we often get referrals from past couples when their friends get engaged, which is one of the best compliments we can receive.
Beyond that, I think loyalty is built when couples feel how deeply we care about their wedding day; they know they’re not just another event to us. That level of care leaves an impression long after the wedding is over. Several brides have enjoyed it so much they have come on as planners themselves!
