Alright, Brianna thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Do you manage your own social media?

I manage my own social media. Posting and creating content to post daily. I personally reply to all customers and keep it up to date. Sending out emails to shipping out orders.

Brianna, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

My name is Brianna, I am the owner of The Poppin’ Collection. I sell swimwear, cover ups, and clothing. I started my business in 2019. What sets my brand apart from others is the quality of material, customer service, newest trends release. I am most proud of how far I come from 2019 to 2022. My brand has been growing throughout the years. I always post my brand everyday. Something I want my customers / followers to know about my brand is that I appreciate all their support and love for my brand.

What else should we know about how you took your side hustle and scaled it up into what it is today?

I was a preschool teacher before I started my business. In 2019, I decided to create The Poppin’ Collection. I was focused on working everyday and not putting my all into my business. I quit my job right before the pandemic in January 2020. I started to work more on my business and that’s when it started to grow. I had so much support and love from my friends, family, customers, & followers. The main key milestone was to put my main focus on my business.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?

The most effective strategy to growing clientele is being consistent with new arrivals and posting new content. Also, posting on Tik Tok and Reels on Instagram helps with growing your clientele.
