Brianna , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Looking back, do you think you started your business at the right time? Do you wish you had started sooner or later

Looking back, I don’t think I would’ve changed anything about when I started my business. I launched it in the summer of 2020, at a time when I was 22 and a new mom, working hard to get back on my feet.
Starting my business during that period was both challenging and rewarding. The uncertainty of the pandemic motivated me to pursue my passion and create something of my own. If I started sooner, I might not have been as prepared for the demands of entrepreneurship, given my personal circumstances at the time. Conversely, starting later might have meant missing out on valuable opportunities that arose during that unique period.
Ultimately, I believe the timing was right for me. The experiences I gained during that time shaped my resilience and drive, and I’m grateful for the journey I embarked on.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

I got into this industry because when I first encountered it, it felt both familiar and refreshingly new. I remember thinking, “Wow, I’ve never see anything like this before!” I personally wanted these services, which inspired me to learn more and ultimately start my own business.
I offer tooth gems and teeth whitening services, with grillz soon to be added to my offerings. The main problem I solve for my clients is boosting their confidence. Whether through the sparkle of a tooth gem or the brightness of a white smile, I ensure that my clients leave feeling happier and more self-assured.
What sets me apart is my commitment to creating a unique and personalized experience for each client. I take pride in not only enhancing smiles but also uplifting spirits. I want potential clients and followers to know that my brand is about celebrating individuality and helping people feel their best. What I’m most proud of is seeing the joy on my clients’ faces when they look in the mirror it’s incredibly rewarding to be a part of the transformation.

Have any books or other resources had a big impact on you?

As a single parent navigating the challenges of running a business, I’ve found that my greatest resources are the people around me. The support from my family, especially my mom and my sisters, has been invaluable. They provide the tough love and motivation I need to keep pushing forward, reminding me of my strength and capabilities.
Additionally, witnessing the journeys of others who have faced struggles and emerged successfully has really inspired me. Their stories reinforce the importance of resilience and maintaining a positive mindset. While I may not have specific books or videos that stand out, the real-life experiences and encouragement from those who believe in me have shaped my entrepreneurial philosophy and management approach. It’s a reminder that community support is crucial in overcoming obstacles and achieving success

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?

Building my reputation within the market has largely come from putting myself out there. Participating in pop-up events was crucial in the early stages of my business; they allowed me to connect directly with potential clients and answer their questions in real time. This personal interaction helped me grow my clientele significantly.
Additionally, word of mouth has played a vital role. Many of my new clients come from referrals by past clients, which truly warms my heart. Knowing that people are willing to recommend my services reinforces the trust I’ve built within the community and motivates me to continue delivering quality work. Overall, these strategies have been instrumental in establishing my reputation
