Brianna, appreciate you joining us today. Let’s start with a fun one – what’s something you believe that most people in your industry (or in general) disagree with?
Something that potential clients or guests disagree with would be the cost, effort, and skill. Why does the Chef Bri Experience say that? Well, lets dig deeper. Many guest feel as if they can purchase menu items for the same cost that they do at restaurants. That is not the case. When guests inquire about a Private Chef they also forget about the pay for the team to shop, prepare, serve, entertain, and clean for their party, or special occasion. With inflation, the cost of a private chef has increased tremendously but many people feel as if they should be paying what they pay at a fast food restaurant.

The Chef Bri Experience, LLC was founded by Brianna Colbert in 2020. The Chef Bri Experience received a big break when the Covid Pandemic came about. Ever since then, the Chef Bri Experience has been serving families across the world. Recently, the Chef Bri Experience has opened traveling services within the United States.
Here at the Chef Bri Experience, we offer Catering, Private Chef Services, Drop off, and Celebrity dining. With the Chef Bri Experience, we aim to execute and deliver quality food and service. We also offer custom menus for guest who don’t really know what they are wanting to have served which is a big advantage in this competitive market.
Here at the Chef Bri Experience, we want clients to know that every guest that we come before is a celebrity no matter your menu. Clients/potential/ followers/ fans should also know that every time they book, they have exceeding customer service care, great communication, and most importantly, unbelievable great tasting food.
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
Something that helped me build my reputation was social media. Without social media, I would not have been able to reach so many people that may be looking for the services that we offer.

What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
The most effective strategy for growing clientele is to stay consistent and true to your craft, and also being original. If you are not original, or consistent, clientele will stop inquiring about the services that are available.
