We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Briana Scott. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Briana below.
Alright, Briana thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Parents can play a significant role in affecting how our lives and careers turn out – and so we think it’s important to look back and have conversations about what our parents did that affected us positive (or negatively) so that we can learn from the billions of experiences in each generation. What’s something you feel your parents did right that impacted you positively.
Growing up every summer my parents sent me and my sister to stay at my grandparents house. My grandmother was a retired seamstress, she started teaching me to sew around the age of 6 or 7. I’m so grateful to have these experiences with my grandmother. She inspires me to continue honing my sewing skills.
As i got older i remember seeing my Dad start different small businesses over the years. Both him and my mom worked really hard to make me and my sister were taken care of. I love and respect them so much for that.
My parents and my grandmother are my inspiration!! When i think of them i want to be like them. My love for weddings and fashion come from my mom and sister. We loved watching say yes to the dress and 4 weddings together. This made me fall in love with creating my own bridal designs

Briana, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
