Brian, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
We believe in the power of small businesses. They are the backbone of the US Economy. We exist to serve business owners and organizations that are trying to grow but are frustrated or overwhelmed with managing their website. We take the stress of out digital marketing by becoming an extension of your marketing team, so you don’t have to worry and can focus on your business, not your website, social media or getting leads.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I started building websites because I loved the creative and problem solving aspects and it helped me serve business owners who were stuck spinning too many plates.
We provide cost-effective website solutions with a personal touch. Our high-caliber team is responsive and experts in WordPress web design.
We understand the needs of small businesses and exist to serve local and national businesses so they can stop worrying about their website and digital marketing.
Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
We started in the midst of an economic downturn and grew throughout Covid-19 and an ever-changing landscape of business challenges.
Starting as just a solopreneur, our team is now 10 people and we serve hundreds of clients every year.
Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
We believe that there is enough business to go around so we partner with other marketing Agencies to support them as they grow.
We have several web design companies that we work with to support their demand and solve problems that are outside of their skillsets.
We believe that networking with other marketing agencies is an asset and that by helping them grow, we grow as well.
We recently started a marketing podcast to help promote other agencies in our market. We want to see our competitors win and we believe that in the long haul, we’ll all win!
