Brian, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Alright – so having the idea is one thing, but going from idea to execution is where countless people drop the ball. Can you talk to us about your journey from idea to execution?
The Century of Social Media with BCreativ Branding Partnerships Taking ideology to executions:
As Founder and Creative Director at BCreativ Branding Partnerships I can confidently attest to the fact that we are always evolving and expanding relevant ideology to growth opportunity when it comes to our company and collaborative partnerships. Our team and business as a whole is always indulging in the process of exploring ideas that require very specific steps and protocol while utilizing creative development and proper strategies when bringing the recipe to execution. We had originally started out in 2020 as a website development and social media marketing agency with various limitations. As the internet, social media and overall brand/business relations evolved over the years we did too. We officially merged into BCreativ Branding Partnerships to focus primarily on the creative direction, content marketing and execution side within the realm of our marketing collaborations. Our current system and creative ways of operating as a business were once an idea that emerged solely from continuous efforts of projects, experience and time. We operate as a collaborative marketing company to fuel each corresponding department or collective within our business. First and foremost, our Brand Bound Collective consists of our brand bound partnership team members, who are actively curating partnerships relating to any aspect of our internal business in collaboration with brands, businesses or organizations. Our brand bound partnerships vary within the scope of work and creative operations that we entail. Essentially, a brand bound partner is an entity catered through any of the operations that our company specializes in. The brand bound partner can select from various services including but not limited to: content creation & social media management, internal marketing elevation, creative direction, launch campaigning, PR + event marketing, influencer marketing or internal brand management. These brand bound partnerships are leveraged for a consistent and recurring cycle in which elevate the end goal of marketing efforts. We implemented this idea so that any business, brand or organization could leverage us to catalyze their plan of attack when it comes to marketing no matter the size, location, current presence or industry-focus of the brand partner. Implementing this idea to execution all came from learning through expansionary phases. It allowed our company to combine everything that we do into one stream of business in establishing the development of these creative partnerships.
Brian, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
BCreativ Branding Partnerships was founded in 2020 by Brian Lane at the Lowth Entrepreneurship Center at The University of Tampa. Starting out with a partner and five student interns, BCreativ Branding (previously known as Constellation Branding International) took forward their primary footprint by collaborating with other businesses in the center as well as local businesses operating within the Tampa Bay Area and New York. Originally offering social media, website development and design services as Constellation Branding International, the company later merged to BCreativ Branding Partnerships a full-scope collaborative creative agency with a mission of “making the outbound your in-house” when involving any operation related to: Content Creation, Marketing Elevation, Brand Presence and Management, Influencer Marketing, Brand Deals and Social Media Management. In January of 2023, BCreativ Branding Partnerships had launched an extension of their in-house Creator Team, which now consists of 26 social media influencers and public figures who are not only represented by the Marketing Collective individually, but are also included in the on-going brand bound partnerships and content material within their creative relations projects. In today’s world, anything is possible to expand above and beyond with the power of proper marketing and social media. It has created a universal space digitally to expand the presence and exposure while having the opportunity to produce 10x the generation of business. The main problem we solve at BCreativ Branding Partnerships is simple. It comes from allocating the right steps of direction and formulating a creative recipe that will excite people and perform when taking an idea and bringing this visionary to life for the audience, digitally.
What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
Staying present and posting, posting, posting. As a Creative Marketing Collective and Social Media Agency, it is very easy to get lost and lack creative drive when showing up for yourself. In every project we are apart of no matter how big or small, our team makes sure to always direct a piece of the collaboration and partnership catered to our own foundation of advertising, outreach and creative direction. We incorporate ways and ideas on all platforms of how we want to be seen for the business and relations we provide. This allows for us to develop a presence and audience for potential clientele and followers while involving all barriers of business and behind the scenes operations into our face front. Staying consistent and showing up for your own business on social media is a factor that we push and emphasize through all of our missions and visions because without showing up for yourself, the execution would be non-existent.
What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?
The most rewarding aspect of embarking on this journey is that there is never one final goal or destination to mark complete. The process and ventures are always evolving which makes this a very exciting journey to be on. As external aspects continue to evolve our company moves with them in bringing next-generation and forward focused opportunity to not only our company but our entire community as a whole. Each day, week and sometimes each hour looks completely different and is full of the unexpected which can be overwhelming but it makes the constant evolution and growth factors so available and rewarding at the same time.
