We recently connected with Brian Jeanpierre Jr. and have shared our conversation below.
Brian, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. It’s always helpful to hear about times when someone’s had to take a risk – how did they think through the decision, why did they take the risk, and what ended up happening. We’d love to hear about a risk you’ve taken.
My biggest risk was posting my first Tik Tok video. July 15th, 2024. It was the same day EA Sports College Football 25 released. For so long, I contemplated making gaming content and allowed myself to be scared off by the opinions of others. I vividly remember, telling myself “forget it, just do it what’s the worst that could happen, the video flops?” The last time EA Sports released a college football game I was 13 years old. I’d like to thank my overwhelming excitement for propelling forward to taking the first step to changing my life . 100k followers later…. I’d like to think, it paid off.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I’m grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. For the first eight years of my life, I was the only child so the people I spent the most the time with were my uncles and cousins on my Father’s side of the family. The age gap between them and I at the time was about 10 years, so in order to be around them I had to mature in some aspects. One of my earliest memories is when I was about 5 years old, I was watching them compete on the PlayStation 2, and I begged them to let me play. To stop me from crying, they gave me a controller that was unplugged thinking I wouldn’t notice. My Uncle Shawn always laughs remembering what I told him at the age 5…”My light isn’t on !” I yelled in frustration because I noticed I wasn’t actually playing with them. That memory is full circle moment, because looking back it’s like I was destined to make a name for myself through the gaming industry. I’d like to thank Sam, Jordan, Shawn, and My Father Brian Jeanpierre Sr. for spending those with me playing the game and hanging out, even though they never let me win. That’s a long winded explanation of how I got into gaming.
What I’d like my followers/fans/clients/partners to know about my work.
I want them to know, you can always expect to get me(Beezy) as my most authentic self. I never set out to be the most competitive gaming creator. I want to remain entertaining and engaging. I aim to draw crowds of people together for a laugh through my TV/Film references, distinct voice, music integrations, and my unmatched energy. Everyone can’t be 500-0 in madden, but EVERYONE can laugh and enjoy some gameplay.
I try responding to every positive comment I can because I want people to know, I value them just as much as they value me. Sometimes, I lose track of how many I responded to and I’ll miss a few but, it’s my goal to keep my community of followers as engaged as I can.
What I feel sets my work apart besides the few things I named already, is being from Baton Rouge. A city more famously known for Athletics and Recording artist. I offer an alternative lane, where people can see the intellect, creativity, and charisma in ways they haven’t seen before.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
Since starting my content journey in July of 2024, I haven’t missed a day making a video. I started posting Sunday-Sunday and transitioned to Monday-Friday when the school semester began. I was balancing my film job with ESPN, Working at a store called Rukus( Located in Baton Rouge and Lafayette) and my content schedule all at once. While also being a senior in college. However, I never made an excuse for not making a video, because I genuinely believed that would be what changed my life for the better, as well as the lives of those around me. One of those most resilient days of this journey, is when I recorded a video while having the flu. I was running a 102 degree fever, and still managed to get a video out. That’s the kind of resilience you need to achieve your dreams.

Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?
My biggest pivot, was breaking my leg in 2020 after a car crash with a drunk driver. I think about it everyday. My dream for the first 18 years of my life was to play Division I college basketball and eventually go pro. Breaking my leg made me face a harsh realization, that my childhood dreams were no longer. However, the positives that came from that trying time in my life far outweigh the negative. I often refer to it as the greatest thing to ever happen to me. I gained a new appreciation for life, as well as those people in my life. I became spiritually rooted, as well as rooted in my belief of myself, because in a time like that, you need to pull from something greater than the limitations of your human body. Ironically I posted my first video, 3 days after the 4 year anniversary of that car crash. Isn’t life funny ?
