Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Brian Foster. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Brian, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. In our experience, overnight success is usually the result of years of hard work laying the foundation for success, but unfortunately, it’s exactly this part of the story that most of the media ignores. So, we’d appreciate if you could open up about your growth story and the nitty, gritty details that went into scaling up.
i think bringing value to your customer will always scale any business. specifically for We R Media i would implement the basic business strategies of giving more than being paid for, showing up early, staying late, making sure the deligated projects were treated with care even in my absence, and keeping in the front of my mind the importance of return customers. if they wont come back to you, your well will eventually dry up.
Brian, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
Im Brian Foster the owner of We R Media LLC. as a former struggling music artist i realized quickly how important music videos were to people like me, so first it was just small projects with me and my friends trying to get our music out there, the better we got the more i fell in love with the unlimited potential of film. music is subjective so much that singing 1 word can be the peak of where you want to be assuming its the quality they desire, but film (even though subjecttive its self) has almost an unlimited source of creativity you can tap into . theres always something more to learn , it will even teach you how to gather recourses, build teams, alliances, friends, business partners. at least in my way of thinking. after a while it was passion, and i would get requested for music videos and short films from a growing ammount of people . it was clear where the universe was putting me but im still following the path and still growing and learning , finding more clever ways to bring value to other people and my self and try to make a decent living along the way
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
being known as the person who loves your project as much as you do
What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?
being able to do what we are made for, create
