Green Career Services & Business Consulting’s (Greencscbc) mission is to provide clients with similar backgrounds with the power and resources to be successful in their careers & finances. We are committed to bridging gaps and creating opportunities, ensuring that every client has the support they need to excel professionally and financially. Through personalized coaching, strategic planning, and continuous support, we strive to unlock potential and foster growth, helping our clients build a future defined by achievement and financial stability.

Bria is a dynamic professional whose career journey seamlessly transitioned from the vibrant world of culinary arts to the transformative field of career coaching. She graduated from Delaware State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and navigated her way through many fields. She is currently an Operations Coordinator at the Sustainable Cities Fund, a project supported by Bloomberg Philanthropies and other philanthropic partners. With her background as a former chef, Bria now dedicates her expertise to guiding individuals toward fulfilling successful careers, investing in their financial health, and creating meaningful businesses.
Drawing on her experiences in high-pressure environments and team dynamics, Bria brings a unique perspective to career coaching. She understands the challenges of career transitions, the importance of strategic planning, and the value of personal development.

Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?
There was a time when I ran a successful catering business. It was fulfilling in many ways—helping clients celebrate milestones and creating memorable experiences through food. But over time, something started to shift in my mindset. While catering is a rewarding industry, I began to realize that the most successful businesses weren’t just about providing a product or service. They were about solving problems.
I didn’t just want to serve a meal—I wanted to serve solutions. So, I took everything I had learned from running a business—organization, communication, problem-solving—and applied it to a new vision.
The idea of helping people transform their careers and financial lives first sparked in me back in college, when I began offering career advice to peers. It felt natural to me—helping others figure out their next steps, refine their resumes, and prepare for interviews. That passion stayed with me as I continued through my career, but it wasn’t until 2022 that I decided to take it more seriously. That’s when I officially launched Brias Career Services, offering career coaching and professional guidance to individuals looking to take their careers to the next level.
But my journey didn’t stop there.
This year, I decided to take things even further. I wanted to create a more holistic service that could help clients not only with their careers but with the broader challenges they face in life—like credit repair, financial literacy, and business strategy. So, I revamped Bria’s Career Services into Green Career Services and Business Consulting.
This pivot wasn’t just about a business change—it was a shift in how I viewed success. Instead of focusing on short-term goals, I began looking at how I could solve long-term challenges for others. It’s been a challenging yet incredibly rewarding journey, and every client I help reminds me why I made the leap.
