Alright, Bri thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. What sort of legacy are you hoping to build. What do you think people will say about you after you are gone, what do you hope to be remembered for?
My goal for my business is to show women of all backgrounds, shapes, and sizes that they are beautiful and can be confident through fashion.
Bri, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I’m Bri Joli owner of Bri Joli fashion store, we provide personal styling services as well. Our goal is to bring confidence out of women, enhance beauty, and to reassure them that they are gorgeous no matter what size or shape they may be. We believe when you look good, you feel good. Me having a big heart and loving to see others smile and loving themselves, sets me apart from others.
Im proud of myself for staying strong and having the want to make others feel good. I want my brand to encourage confidence, bravery, and strength. To just believe in yourself and know you’re worthy.
How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
Building great honest relationships with clients is important. I keep in touch through email, phone, and/or social media.
Having good response time, turn around time, and keeping communication strong shows my loyalty to my business and clients.
Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
Attending events, pop up shops, and shows has been a great source for gaining new clients. Word of mouth is always the best!
