Brent, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Do you have any thoughts about how to create a more inclusive workplace?
Creating an inclusive workplace for us is about including all people. We are very proud to create a work environment specifically for people with disabilities to be included in meaningful work. My best advice is to just start with saying yes and then continue with curiosity for how to make the workplace available to all.

My brother Kyle, has cerebral palsy and wanted others to be included in sports. That led to the formation of The Kyle Pease Foundation which has served hundreds of families across thousands of finish lines. Kylepeasefoundatinon.org is a place of inclusion to and BEYOND the finish line!

Finishing the Ironman World Championship in 2018, becoming the first set of brothers to do so was a very special experience. It took us nearly 7 years to reach this event and was one of the hardest things we have ever done. This event not only helped both of us see our possible but showed so many others theirs!
How’d you meet your business partner?
Well we were born brothers. But I chose this question because we chose to do this together. We committed to a life of creating and supporting inclusion in sports. So I while we came into this world as brothers, we chose to work together. This does not mean it is always an easy road but it is absolutely a rewarding one. Small, consistent progress daily together.
