We recently connected with Brennon Peters and have shared our conversation below.

Brennon, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Learning the craft is often a unique journey from every creative – we’d love to hear about your journey and if knowing what you know now, you would have done anything differently to speed up the learning process.

I love creating! Creating a world that lies between story and real life is magical. The learning process is never done. You learn by doing and by going and find services from other professionals in your field. The investment of yourself is key. The obstacles that stand in the way are your own mind. The thought process of do i want to invest in this whether it be time or money! Skills I find most essential, is 2 big ones, 1 being listening! And the other is lighting! With these 2 essentials anything is possible in the world of creation!

Brennon, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

Im Brennon Peters, im an actor, Director, Producer. Im a character actor and a realism actor. Ive been trained in the art of method acting. Along with acting and bringing another directors vision to life, I am a producer! I love to make you Pop! Bring you out of the page or photo. The best part I enjoy the most is seeing the big smile of a client when they see the product im working on!

I got my knack 20years ago in drama class in the midwest! I just knew i wanted to be in showbiz but just didnt know how or what that even meant! I messed around with community theater and I loved it! But i needed more.
I soon picked up a guitar and learned to play music! I thought this was my passion. I learned to play music and make money! I was stoked but i was missing something and I didnt know what it was. I came to California in 2012 with my Drummer. He bailed a week later:) I still wanted to be a STAR! I formed a new band called Nefelibata! We were fun and alternative and awesome till we werent:)
The band faded, i tried solo, my passion was turning into stress. Maybe making music wasnt my passion!
2014 i enrolled in some acting classes. I can do this, I mean ive been playing pretend since the age of 3! I fell back in love with acting! And began the journey of know how!
I could enjoy playing music again because it wasnt a chore! I have made big waves in the acting world and i wanted to help people along their way. I felt I had a hard time navigating the industry. But bam i got my sag-aftra eligibility and I was set off on the awesome Journey! This opens a new world for me to create! Helping you g aspiring actors with headshots, reels and just simple navigation of the world and my oh my it is so worth it and rewarding!! I try to be on set as much as possible in all the dynamics. Because life is like a dream. And i dont plan on waking up:)

Is there mission driving your creative journey?

I have a huge goal and many mini goals. I want to change the world! And unite a peaceful space for all. On the way there, I want to build self sufficient communities. A community where one can live, work, shop and play and even goto school or find childcare! A space thats safe and rewarding. I also want to win a lifetime achievement award. I want to be remembered for making a difference! And also making amazing art along the way!

For you, what’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative?

The most rewarding thing is the product at the end of the day. The process is amazing. So many different people and parts come together to make the magic! And you dont know exactly how it will turn out till the end. Capturing the magic, networking, seeing others on the journey as well., and watching people grow! There is so many rewarding aspects in this world its unreal!! Being part of something thats bigger than yourself is amazing!
