I started my professional career as a pharmacist and realized there was a huge gap in access to quality medical cannabis. So I decided to start CEAS Collective. Coming from a medical background I realized a large majority of the US population is dealing with depression, anxiety, and sleep disorders. I wanted to create an environment where people could find clarity and comfort when dealing with these issues.

CEAS Collective is focused on providing patients with the best cannabis products, education and service. We offer a wide variety of top quality cannabis, including flower, edibles, concentrates, topical products and more. Our staff are knowledgeable and passionate about helping our patients find relief from their symptoms. We strive to provide an unparalleled level of service and quality that our patients can trust. Almost a year ago, we acquired another cannabis business. It was very a very turbulent time in the cannabis industry and the entire landscape of the industry seemed bleak. Cannabis companies were going out of business left and right. In a metaphorical sense, it felt like a war-zone.

We immediately went into restructuring mode and made some tough decisions that have put us on the path towards success. We got rid of inefficient processes, streamlined our staff, identified our core competencies, and created a plan for to make this acquisition work for us.

It was a very uncertain time and there were moments when we didn’t know if we could turn this around. But ultimately, we persevered and were able to bring our newly acquired company back from the brink of failure. We’ve seen incredible growth in the past year and the future looks bright for us.

This experience taught me that if you’re willing to put in the work, you can accomplish anything! No matter how hard things may seem, you can always make it through with the right plan and a lot of determination. It’s been an incredible journey and I’m excited to see what lies ahead for us.
