We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Brenda Warren a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Brenda, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
I am driven by a powerful mission: to help entrepreneurs bridge the gap between their desires and reality, enabling them to do business in their own unique way. I understand that many entrepreneurs struggle to transform their dreams into tangible results, facing obstacles and challenges along the way. Every entrepreneur deserves the opportunity to receive affordable and accurate coaching, both in their business and personal lives.
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
My path led me to join the United States Marine Corps at the age of 17, just two days after graduating from high school. During my time in the military, I had the opportunity to travel the world and participate in leadership and professional development courses. Over the course of my twenty-year career, I successfully owned and operated six different businesses before retiring as a Gunnery Sergeant in August of 2000.
After retirement, I pursued a career as a hospital administrator while continuing to travel and teach others about leadership, self-care, cultivating healthy relationships, and spiritual growth. Unfortunately, I faced mental health challenges that sidelined me for over eight years. However, during my recovery, I created The TAPIN Method™ (Transformation Announce Prepare Imagine Nurture) to help people transform their lives.
Throughout the years, my focus has been on empowering women over 40 and entrepreneurs through private coaching groups. I teach them how to live an unapologetically unstoppable life using a holistic approach that incorporates mental fitness, mind-body connection, and soulful growth.
In addition to coaching, I host the Talk To Me show where I interview veterans, entrepreneurs, and authors, helping them turn their mess or mission into powerful messages. I have been fortunate to be featured on various podcasts, magazines, The Best You TV Summit, and even served as the host of The Brooklyn Cafe TV Show on The Editors Desk.
I firmly believe that everyone has a story waiting to be told, and I strive to create safe spaces where people can share their stories and learn how to overcome barriers to living their best lives through the TAPIN Method™.
Today, my passion lies in empowering others to live unapologetically unstoppable lives. I am dedicated to spreading the message that living your best life is not only possible but within reach for everyone.
How did you build your audience on social media?
In the world of social media, I prioritized quality over quantity, focusing on connecting with industry experts and thought leaders. I engaged in meaningful conversations, building genuine connections and expanding my network gradually. This process helped me generate revenue consistently. Although initially limited to business leaders, I have recently diversified my reach by engaging with diverse communities and exploring new interest groups. Through perseverance, my social media presence evolved, grounded in valuable content that resonated deeply with people. Reflecting on my journey, I recognized the missed opportunity of utilizing email marketing earlier but resolved to incorporate it now. Today, I thrive in my social media pursuits, enjoying the challenge of connecting with new individuals and exploring untapped communities. My commitment to quality sets me apart, and I understand that genuine connections and meaningful impact matter more than numbers. As I continue my journey, I embrace every opportunity, excited to see where my social media presence will lead me. I am ready to build and grow with each new connection. For entrepreneurs just starting, I want them to learn from my mistakes. I was everywhere all at once. It was overwhelming and not very effective. I ask them to consider picking one platform and mastering it before expanding to the next. Know your customers and which platform they frequent before you begin. Getting clear on who you want to reach, why you want to connect with them, where they reside, and what you offer will be the key to your success on social media.
