Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
My story may be a familiar one to many. I was laid off my job rehired and then laid off again. When I first got laid off, I decided that what I did for other people why not do it for myself and be my own boss. I could attract the kind of people that I wanted to work with and build the kind of business where I can support people with their passions.
Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
As a women with a passion for people and to assist with birthing the passions that they have inside of them birth an business, whether for profit or nonprofit, my desire is to help them bring it to fruition. Determined not to let anyone miss out on bringing their dreams to life, I want to be that person that will hold their hand every step of the way.
With help of friends and family I was able to birth what I loved to do and now I want to be that for the people that I come in contact with. It took me be laid off my job twice to realize what I did for them I can now do on my own and do it for people who were like me. So over the years I made myself available to be a resource for those who were like minded and want to built something that would remain part of legacy and build generational wealth for their families.
I want to become a symbol of hope and resilience, to inspire others to go for what they want in the face of adversity. Turning what may have be pain into purpose.
What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
