We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Brejai Ball. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Brejai below.
Brejai, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Do you have a hero? What have you learned from them?
My mom was my hero and still is. She was a woman that never gave up no matter how hard life wanted her too. She raised 3 kids on her own with minimum help but kept god first. She always told me that god loves me and I needed to build a relationship with god.
My mom would tell me to always put god first and give my 110% in anything I did. Also, to not care about what anyone else had to say about me or what I was doing long as I’m happy.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I’ve been baking since I was 10 years old and been in love ever since. I attended a culinary arts high school called Grayson Tech and that’s when I knew that this would be apart of my life forever. During school, I started my business Moo Moo’s Delights selling all kinds of pastries and custom cakes, which is still successfully running today. I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in 2017 with my Associates in Baking & Pastries. While in college, I worked at Scales 925 as the Pastry Chef and continued to grow in the restaurant industry. Recently, I worked at The Nobu Atlanta as the Jr. Sous Pastry Chef. Blessed and grateful for the experience and knowledge I gained from that position. I bake with love and passion. My level of skill when it comes to details and flavors is really outstanding. I love trying new things, so I don’t have a favorite recipe or favorite dessert to bake. I’m most proud that throughout all the challenges thrown at me and changes in the world I haven’t given up on myself.
Currently, I provide meal preps for people that don’t have the time to cook and or fellow fitness influencer like myself. My meal preps are special because they are custom to each person. My love for cooking at a young age definitely plays a very big role in why I still pour love into all my meals til this day. Being able to feed people and help them continue to eat healthy and strong. Everything I make is homemade, organic and seasoned well. I love meal prepping because it allows me to keep track of my protein intake so that I am hitting all my goals as I continue to gain weight. It also stops me and my clients from eating out. I’ve been in the gym since October 2022, beginning weight was 115lbs and now as of July 2024 155lbs.
The gym became a safe place and an escape when needed! I created the brand Da Biggest because for me instead of “big” being a negative thing I made it positive. Be Da Biggest you can be! Having thick muscular thighs, tight arms and detailed strong backs are sexy as a woman. Da Biggest is a woman who lifts heavy weights and still looks feminine, has beautiful toned arms and looks sexy. Da Biggest is motivated, smart, beautiful, strong, creative, soft, cries when needed, believes in god and she transforms her body to become the healthiest version of herself. Women in the gym can be Da Biggest!

Any advice for managing a team?
The main advice I have for managing a team is to remember that everyone is a person just like you. Being able to be firm but understanding is important. You have to let your team know that you are here for them and you understand that life happens to people but they still have a job to get done. Giving them a task to do alone so they can get themselves together may help.
Maintaining high morale in the work place isn’t the easiest thing to do but if you remember how it felt to not fell appreciated at work it shouldn’t be hard. Letting your team know that you appreciate them is needed. Try switching up the schedule a little to allow everyone to have a day shift off or night shift off on the weekend. I would bake my team cookies or lunch to show them how much I was grateful for their hard work and dedication.

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
