We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Bre Roberts. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Bre below.
Bre, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. So, folks often look at a successful business and think it became a success overnight – but that often obscures all the nitty, gritty details of everything that went into the growth phase of your business. We’d love to hear about your scaling story and how you scaled up?
It’s so true! I think with most success stories people see the end result and don’t recognize all the work that went in to getting there, or rather all the ongoing effort to sustain and grow. Even when you feel you have hit success, the key is to keep growing!! There is always room to scale up.
Over the years I have employed many techniques to elevate my career and create success-
-Research / Reading: I read every day! I love learning new things and challenging my mind to expand.
-Finding a Mentor: One thing I know, is I don’t know everything! I absolutely believe in connecting with those successfully accomplishing things I want to do or admire. I’m like a sponge and want to soak all their guidance up!
-Time Management: This is definitely one of the most overlooked tips to growth and success. I’ve noticed the more I focus my time and efforts in a structured way (finish one task at a time, schedule out all components of my day) the more I actually accomplish. Sometimes this does mean late nights or early mornings, but I am grateful to be capable of achieving my dreams and its all worth it!

Bre, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I am an Arizona State graduate that double majored in Exercise Science and Business. I quickly transitioned from training professional athletes to selling homes in Arizona.
I am currently a top 1% realtor within the brokerage Hague Partners and 72SOLD, a leading disruptor in the Real Estate industry. 72SOLD believes in more money, less stress! We focus on getting Sellers higher offers through the competitive environment we create, eliminating the price-depressing effect of time on the market. I love the fast paced market right now and pride myself on getting my Clients the sale they want!
While my professional passion revolves around Real Estate, I also enjoy Design, Fashion and Beauty. I recently started Design from the Inside Out, a social media brand to connect with those looking for health-conscious, affordable beauty and fashion finds. I love sharing local dining and retail, as well as essential hacks and inspiration for life’s everyday moments.
Overall, I believe in making the most out of life, every single day; it is never too late and no goal is too big. I am creating a career I truly enjoy, that encourages my creative expression- reaching those big goals all the while!

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
In my market, Realtors get a lot of different reputations. Overall, I am known as someone who is always positive, upbeat and helpful to others.
I constantly spend time in the background of things, learning and asking questions about things that I need to understand better or perfect. I build this knowledge into every opportunity I have. I always assess what’s best for the individual listing- likes, dislikes, communication preferences… and this translates into a very happy Client!
Additionally, I definitely have a type-A personality. While that has its ups and downs, one benefit is that I am great at keeping my Listings on a timeline. If things don’t seem to be up to speed, I am the first to reach out or track down why.
Bonus trait- I am known for being a negotiator- getting the terms my Client wants!
Overall, this is what makes me stand out in my market and ultimately translates into my achievement as one of the top 1% within the industry.
