We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Brayden Tomicic a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Brayden, thanks for joining us today. Before we get into specifics, let’s talk about success more generally. What do you think it takes to be successful?
Success is so subjective depending on who you are and what your goals/aspirations are. For me success is freedom of time and choice. If I can grow a company to make enough money to live a life worry free of expenses I feel like I have achieved a basic level of success. The next level of success in my book is being able to give back and invest in opportunities. Not only to help others both in charity, and in business investments is something that motivates me. With this in mind I think success takes a level of dedication. We have all heard the saying “If you want what the 1% has, you have to do what the 99% wont.”. I believe this to be true. Anyone can do it, but it requires a level of sacrifice. It doesn’t happen overnight, so you must find something and stick with it. Innovate on the idea, and be consistent. With time and networking with the right individuals you can achieve anything.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I am long time automotive enthusiast who has always had a passion in business and art. A close friend introduced me into the industry of automotive photography and I was hooked. That was back in 2015. Since then I have grown my skills and with my background in sales and marketing started offering more services as clients needed them. Currently we offer full content solutions for those trying to grow their market the their businesses products. From Social Media Management to Photos and videos we cover it all. Growing a brand is not easy task especially in todays market. Staying up to date with the latest trends, social medias constant algorithmic updates, and gathering engaging content takes a lot of time and resources. We help get a brands voice heard across their ideal customer base all while creating quality engaging content. That means that business owners can focus on the important day to day tasks.
We have worked with major brands in the industry such as Wheel Pro’s (American Racing Wheels, etc.), RM Sotheby’s Auctions, and many more around the world. The content generated has brought in over 7 figures of revenue for my clients and we couldn’t been more grateful to work with them.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
Building a brand on social media or becoming an “Influencer” is a very popular idea for many people today. Major companies are even recognizing it and have generated a “UGC” (User Generated Content) format for their marketing plan and budget. I personally have built my brand based on three pillars.
1. Be personable. A logo can’t speak for you especially in the beginning. If you can humanize your business/brand and make it relatable, people will want to engage with your content.
2. Make engaging content. Your content and what you put out there needs to be engaging. Quality isn’t a big selling point anymore. If you can put out a video or image that people feel the need to engage with, you will grow at a exponential rate.
3. Be Genuine. Messages, comments, and reaching out to those who are in your niche will do more for you than anything else. These will be repeat customers, engaged followers, and those who back your brand through the ups and downs.
For those who are starting, take those pillars and run. Be consistent and incorporate those three pillars into your daily routine.

Are there any books, videos, essays or other resources that have significantly impacted your management and entrepreneurial thinking and philosophy?
“The One Thing” by Gary Keller and Jay Papasan changed my perspective forever. It brings a lot of amazing philosophies and practices on how to be effective. Both in business and life.
