Brandon, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Was there a defining moment in your professional career? A moment that changed the trajectory of your career?
Football, sweat, and dreams of saving lives filled my early years. Pre-med at FSU, I shadowed doctors, prepped for the MCAT, all while hustling as a walk-on player. But somewhere between dissections and endless paperwork, the medical machine lost its shine. Then, during a required internship rotation, I landed at a strength and conditioning facility. There, surrounded by the familiar camaraderie of athletes, I rediscovered my passion. It wasn’t scalpels and sutures, but barbells and sweat that ignited my soul.
Seeing my former teammates train, pushing their limits, yet constantly battling injuries, struck a chord. I witnessed firsthand how setbacks derailed their dreams, and it resonated deep within me. Then, fate dealt its own blow – a torn MCL sidelined me. But instead of despair, it fueled a new fire. I dove into a dual master’s program, devouring knowledge on injury biomechanics and exercise science. My mission became crystal clear: to empower athletes and everyday people to conquer their goals, injury-free.
This isn’t just a career choice; it’s a calling. Every program I design, every technique I teach, is fueled by the desire to see others thrive, unhindered by physical limitations. From the gridiron to the rehab room, my journey has led me here, ready to guide you towards a life of strength, resilience, and peak performance. Let’s get moving!

Other than training/knowledge, what do you think is most helpful for succeeding in your field?
The most helpful things to succeed in the fitness industry are integrity, a mission, and social skills. Coaching is more than programming and numbers, it is about getting to the heart of what makes people tick. Why are they coming to you? What is it that they need help with that they might not even know yet?
Getting to the root cause and helping the client climb to new heights all while following your personal and professional ethos with style and grace are what make this job worth doing.
Always remember to connect to your client as a human being first and to have fun while doing it.
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
Work ethic and word of mouth. Being a personable, professional, and courteous coach has allowed me to gain a reputation that precedes me. Always make sure you treat everyone the way you would want them to treat your family member.
